The place was beautiful, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and offered stunning views. Emily was a thoughtful host—she had arranged firewood for the fire pit and stocked the kitchen with a great selection of coffee and other essentials. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful and cozy getaway!

Kelly's place was absolutely gorgeous. A cozy cottage in the lap of nature; you're surrounded by natural beauty. Lush green fields, a gushing river and plenty of activities, it's the perfect place to unwind, relax and have a great time. Listening to the sound of the river was absolutely the highlight of our trip and the weather was just perfect for a quick swim. Would definitely go back! Beautiful and easy to reach location and Kelly was super helpful throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lorie's cottage! The cottage was incredibly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and more. Despite the first two days being cold and rainy, we had a fantastic time indoors, spending quality time with our kids playing board games and doing puzzles. Once the weather improved, we took full advantage of the lake. The water was warm and perfect for swimming, and we loved having access to kayaks, a pedal boat, and paddle boards. It's the ideal place for a peaceful escape, and we would highly recommend Lorie's cottage to anyone looking for a quiet retreat.

really lovely location on the lake. well equipped place. the vies of the lake is incredible. we took the canoe out in the evening and the morning and was just amazing! definitely recommend it to get away from the hustle and bustle

This was a great stay! Hosts were very responsive and the place is just beautiful. They welcomed my group with a bottle of champange and a nice message for my birthday! The hot tub is a great addition as well as the outdoor shower. It is very modern and a very well kept property. Had a great 3-day, 2-night cottage stay! The property was just as described—clean, peaceful, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate, but everything else made up for it. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stays! Christine and Kandasamy gave us very detailed instructions and were super helpful. We were really enjoying out stay at the cottage, it just the weather was raining hard so we couldn’t enjoy much of outdoor activities. Definitely will come back =)

It's my third visit at Joshua's place and I have always enjoyed my time there.

This is a perfect lakeside getaway! The house is comfortable, well-appointed and exactly as advertised. The landscaping and setup outside is top-tier. So many thoughtful touches inside and out. Checking in was a breeze and there was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. And even better, checkout was as simple as walking out the door. No "escape room" style checklist to complete before you go. To top it all off, Alison is a pleasure to deal with. She's friendly, responsive, and all around proactive in ensuring you have a great stay. I highly recommend you book this place, you won't be disappointed.

Neverland was just what we needed. I peaceful, pristine, simple place engulfed by nature. Our three boys spent 95% of the time fishing down at the dock or kayaking around in the lake. Dad and I enjoyed sleeping in, in the coziest, most unique bedroom we have ever stayed in. The coffee + tea setup was wonderfully welcomed surprised. We will be back!! If I could answer questions for future guests I would be happy too. We had the opportunity to meet Peter and the end of our stay, and he is just as we had imagined, kind, calm, and hands on. He did build this place by hand after all. A must stay.

Very cozy cabin. Has everything you could need, all what you have to bring is your clothings. We even had the chance to taste their homemade maple syrup! Close enough to Bancroft but still tranquil, nobody can access the cabin but you. We saw people stopping by on the otherside of the lake but it feels OK and not invading, it is far enough to not care. Wildlife was abundant. We did not have much mosquitoes or annoying bugs outside and literally none inside. We went there as a couple with a dog and, once used to the space the cabin offers, did not feel squeezed, although it is not huge. Hosts were very kind and responsive. If you like small, serene and cozy places, this is a must try.

This was our second stay at Kim and Scott's and we loved it again. Very private and peaceful cottage, right on the water. We brought out paddleboards and paddled the entire lake. Super cute place for two people.

My husband I used to be “locals” who lived not far from this fabulous property! We have been staying here for the last 10 years and it’s always better than the time before! It’s a beautiful peaceful unique property where we can enjoy the abundance of nature and the local wildlife. The cabin is authentic, cozy and just the amount of comfort and convenience. We can simply relax and enjoy ourselves here! Margret is a perfect host. She values our privacy at the same time makes sure we have everything we need and more! Still our favourite AirBnb experience! We stayed at cabin #1 during October 11-13 weekend. We loved this place. Very clean, cute cabin, worth the price. Amy was very quick to respond. There are kayaks, canoes to use, firepit, bbq grill. We had awesome experience. I am looking forward to book it again. I highly recommend this place for with kids trip. There is beautiful playground by the beach.

It is a really nice, quiet and beautiful place. Every cabin can enjoy privacy of their own area. The common areas are extremely clean and tidy. We love the camp fire, canoeing and kayaking, also a pleasant walk on the beach! This campsite has a lot to offer !

We had a blast staying here! The lake is technically across the street, but easy to get to and perfect for canoeing/kayaking and swimming. The cottage was clean & cozy with very comfy beds and all the equipment you need to cook. The nearby town of Maynooth was fantastic to visit during the day, lots of cute shops & friendly people
