Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. It is located on the top floor with a separate entrance by external staircase, in a typical Argentine PH. The balcony overlooks a very green and flowery patio. The space is bright and quiet, ideal for resting or working. The bed is large (king size or two queen beds), you have a kitchen and refrigerator. The private bathroom has a shower and bidet, sheets, towels, and toilet at your disposal. Housekeeping is weekly.

Brand new with a separate entrance, very bright, warm and modern, to make you feel at home. The studio is very complete, it has a table and 2 chairs, an equipped kitchen, TV (without cable) but with HDMI input and Chromescat to watch Netflix, WIFI, hot/cold air conditioning, it also has heating with radiant floor. A double bed, two bedside tables and an antique dresser for storing clothes. The bathroom has very good water pressure in the shower.

Our apartment is on the top floor of our beautiful old house. It has a kitchen, a bathroom, a double bed and a small living room, as well as a large terrace for personal use. We are in the center of the city, less than half an hour from any area to visit, and two blocks from the Centennial Park. We invite you to stay in a family and cozy home, in one of the most beautiful and quiet neighborhoods in Buenos Aires.

It is a very cheerful space, with lots of light, which is in the back of the house with a separate entrance. There is a refrigerator, an electric stove, and a washing machine. Also a folding table with two benches. The electric stove is new, with two burners, you can cook very well, as they are powerful. RECENTLY ADDED.
