What a wonderful property. Beautifully decorated, amazing layout and spacious and cozy in winter with the fire place and loved the wine nook. Antionette recognised and wrote a card with chocolate and wine for my son’s wedding. Loved the layout and can imagine it in summer with the pool area. Enjoyed staying in this property and friendly and kind hostess. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at Quiet Country Retreat, located right at the foot of Mount Alexander. The accommodation is great for a couple and has a separate living room and fully equiped kitchen. The quietness of the surroundings made for a relaxing getaway, and staying in the converted bus was a novel and comfortable experience. The place was warm and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full range of kitchen utensils. The pool table and table tennis provided great entertainment. A small note for future guests – as the area is very tranquil, it is best to be mindful of noise to respect the neighbours. Overall, a lovely and memorable stay.
