What a charming, thoughtfully furnished, equipped and well located flat in Perast. Nikola was incredibly helpful and very responsive to my questions. The stone walls of this lovely flat keep it nice and cool during these hot & sunny days (and there is a/c if needed). Everything is as described and shown in the photos and the central location is fantastic and just steps from the ferries to go to the nearby islands. Thank you so much for a very relaxing, effortless stay!

Highly recommend staying here for your own slice of beautiful Budva old town! The location is PERFECT and instructions made it easy to find. It's on the smaller side but perfect for 1 or 2 adults. The outdoor patio is lush and I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings and wine at night. Would definitely stay again, really relaxing place.

We stayed 4 days in the accommodation, it was a pleasant stay with a super view, wonderful bed, beautiful spacious bathroom and really very easy to find. Tijana was very friendly and helpful during our stay, she gave good tips about the area and responded quickly. I definitely recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in Tivat.

Stefan has provided a very detailed step by step instructions with pictures and descriptions before we checked in. The process of finding the property went very smoothly when we arrived late in the night in dark. The apartment is located a 10- min walking distance to the old town. Me and my husband like this apartment very much. Bright, Spacious, clean and private parking is right in front of the property. Stefan is super fast in terms of responding to our requests and inquiry. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The apartment has a large balcony and sitting area which I found very relaxing. Highly recommend it!

Great house, you can feel at home. The furniture and items were very handy. Parking is not available, but you can find paid parking lots nearby, but it is also very easy to get to hospitals and grocery stores. I recommend guests to stay with peace of mind.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, everything was working perfectly, and it had everything we needed. It's beautifully styled and feels really comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent — fast and helpful. The view is absolutely stunning, which made our stay even more special. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I stayed for the month of May and it was very suitable for me as I needed a place to rest and restore energy after having already toured a bit of Montenegro prior to my stay. I was able to focus on other things since it provided not only beautiful surroundings but a calm place to work and study. Keep in mind that the bus stop and grocery store is a 10-15 min walk away. I took this as an opportunity to appreciate the fresh air and have some additional exercise. It is also worth noting that the washing machine is shared and is at the bottom of the building. Finally, I would suggest this place for those who have a car especially if you want to use it as a base for touring or prefer a safe neighborhood environment outside the tourist areas. If you are not willing to walk without a car it may be difficult. Overall, I recommend. 😌

We had a great stay! Ranko was very quick to respond to messages, and in person we communicated with his father, a very kind and polite man. Huge thanks for allowing us early check-in and late check-out, - it was super convenient for us :) The apartment looks just like in the photos: floor-to-ceiling windows and a sea view. As stated in the listing, there’s no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a shared one in the building. We didn’t use it, but it’s great that it’s available. The house is located on a hill, so you’ll have to walk uphill a bit but the view from the apartment is totally worth it. The nearest grocery store is about a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is 10–15 minutes on foot as well. Thank you again for the hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

I had a wonderful 2 month stay in Peter and Marta’s apartment in Old Town Kotor. It’s a charming place embedded in history. The local people were so kind when I was out and about. It’s a great place to go if you like hiking. The apartment had all the necessities and was in the most convenient location. I would highly recommend the stay!

Gorgeous place! The sunsets here were just incredible. I can’t fault it. Very clean, cosy and just what we needed. Internet was also perfect for remote working. Myself, partner and dog really enjoyed it. The washing area also has a dryer with lots of detergent and softener to do your laundry with. Free parking right under the property. The host was very quick to respond to questions about restaurants in the area etc. Really lovely host, and accommodated us very last minute. Highly recommend!!

It is a spacious and clean apartment with all amenities. A supermarket and bakery are a 1-minute walk away and there are a number of restaurants in the village. You can easily park in your own space. Igor responds quickly to messages and is very friendly. Definitely recommended!

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Kruna and her family were super kind and helpful and their apartment was exactly as described - very clean, new, excellent amenities, well ventilated and amazing views. The price was more than fair and great value! I would recommend her place to anyone visiting Kotor.

The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

Very nice place, 100% as described, the host takes great care of customers, answers to messages and questions about various express issues at different times of the day, and the transportation you can order at good prices and instantly to different places. I highly recommend a nice time in beautiful Montenegro.

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

It was our first experience for Karadag, communication with the host was very easy. I asked about everything that was stuck in the air conditioner and got very open-fast donations. The house was very clean and the view was legendary. The host has thought of everything for the house, everything from our needs to our coffee and everything has been considered. It was a very nice experience.
