Old Iberia hang out on the lake

We are open for booking s for 2026 seasons. Renovations went great with several upgrades to the living area. Also new awnings installed and out door covered dining area. Check out the new photos and get your dates booked before they’re gone and enjoy our 20 acres backed up to the redline. With creeks and waterfalls a few steps away. With walking trail right to cove of the lake. Easy access for kayaks. Also have several walking trails on the property along the creeks. More trails in the works.

This house provides a spacious area for relaxation and fun! There is a beautiful view of Rough River Lake from the very large back deck. There is also a small upper deck that connects to the upstairs bedroom. The upper level of the house consists of two bedrooms (one a queen bed and the other a bunkbed) and a large bathroom. The lower level has three bedrooms (one queen and two full beds), the dining room, kitchen, living room, and bathroom/laundry room. Plenty of room for family and friends!

Community ramp 3 mins has a courtesy dock , Iberia ramp 1 mile a sandy beach etc. Other things: Buoy Restaurant wet bar over looks Wax Marina YUM -cocktails State Park 15 mins beach/play area, miles of hiking, bike trails.
