This home is located on a small cattle farm in the hills of East Tennessee. Fully furnished and stocked 3 bedroom and 2 bath mobile home is perfect for a short term stay while you are visiting family or just getting to know the area. This older mobile home is not perfect, but it is clean, comfortable and safe.

Relax by the fireplace or fire pit (roast some s’mores). Walk the property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. At our farm we love diversity, support all love, and don’t think that hate makes America great - if you don’t agree we may not be the destination for you. We have added a small chair that converts to a bed- we can squeeze 3 in.

Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.

Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.

This unit can be rented separate with prior approval. The perfect place to get away in a quiet country setting. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while the sun rises or an evening glass of wine by the fire pit as the moon peaks over the hills.
