Charming Modern Waterfront Cottage

Six of us stayed at this cottage for a weekend; it was great! Very spacious, and had everything we needed for a convenient stay, and then some. Nancy was a fantastic host; very responsive and friendly. Worth mentioning that the fireplaces weren’t working; not a deal breaker for us whatsoever, but if the weekend would have been romantic in nature, it may have been slightly disappointing for some. No TV’s in the bedrooms either; worth mentioning since some pictures in the listing may be out of date. Hot tub was a great add on! Washer and dryer on both levels too! We did find the bedrooms a bit cold. Nancy responded to me quickly on this issue, even though we didn’t ask her to do anything about it… I’m sure she would have. She even offered to bring us blankets; very kind! Overall, I highly recommend staying here. The views are stunning and it’s absolutely serene. Will definitely be back!

Superb spot on the Bouctouche river with beautiful sunsets on clear evenings. We found it very peaceful and relaxing, we enjoyed the deck overlooking the river and the fire pit with Adirondack chairs down the bottom of the garden. The chalet was comfortable for three adults and one kid for a week with everything that you need to relax and have a good time. The place is also very close to Bouctouche with plenty of amenities, the beaches nearby were great and we even made it down to Hopewell Rocks for the day. Recommended! We would love to go back. PS Visit le pays de la Sagouin if you can, it’s very cool.

Great spot to stay! Was clean when we walked in and definitely a well respected place! Overall great experience with the place and the owner! Would recommend to anyone to go because of how peaceful and nice of a spot and home it is! Was missing paper towel and she answered asap and dropped it asap at a location where we weren’t bothered, absolutely zero things bad to say about our stay!!

This is a lovely home, located in a very quiet street. The pictures truely do no justice for how adorable and cozy the home is. My girls absolutely loved the egg chair, so much that they took turns sleeping in it! (and there big girls lol 14 and 17!) The bed were super comfy and the home was extremely clean. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Victoria and Scott’s place is beautiful. It is clean, comfortable, beautiful decor, and great location! Check-in is easy and the hosts are friendly and responsive. The beds are comfortable. This beautiful retreat was exactly as described! Immaculate! Marissa and Paul-André were extremely helpful and quick to respond any questions we had! We felt very much at home! The hot tub is extremely near the patio doors which made our daughters who both use walkers have very easy access! They absolutely loved it! We would recommend this place a 100% ! We stayed at Paul’s for YQM about 35 mins away from the concert which was perfect we got out of all the hustle and bustle of the town to a quiet community that had all the small town things (Tim Hortons, Irving, small cafe,restaurant etc.) the house is Beautiful, cozy, clean, smells delightfull. The pictures do not do it justice. We felt like we were home. Beds were comfy. It’s set up for small children to have a fun bath with toys just like you were home. We will definitely be back!

Yurii's place was exactly what we needed, three nice rooms with comfortable beds, kitchen and bathroom with all necessary equipment. I'd recommend this place if you need calm and space not far from Fredericton.

What a great spot for a visit to Moncton. Close to so many tourist spots (family and adult) and far enough outside the city to be peaceful. We attended a wedding at the Magnetic Hill Winery and it was literally just minutes down the road. Allan made sure we knew he was available if we needed anything but his place had everything we needed so there was no need to reach out. The house was clean and welcoming, beds had good reviews from all the sleepers, the front deck has a great view and is a perfect spot for your morning tea. Added bonus - Mom loved the heated recliner in the living room. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting the Moncton area.

A great place to stay. My wife said it was like returning to the childhood days of visiting her grandparents. Many antiques and interesting decorations coupled with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture, make this a great place to stay. For rainy days there are many books, and board games with a great reading nook upstairs. Blake is also very generous with baked treats.

Great property in a beautiful location. The cottage is large and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was great and easy to prepare meals for our group of six. Very quiet location. The rear yard is large and plenty of room for outside activities. The rear yard is right on the river and the dock makes it easy to put in the canoe. Great spot for canoeing and fishing. We had a great weekend and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
