I really like the place! This year alone is the 4th time I go to SC, I always look for cool places! And as incredible as it sounds, I think I'll be back in May! I never thought about repeating the location! If it's not in May, I'll come back next year! I really enjoyed everything! It pays to check it out!

Beautiful, quiet location with lots of trees. View and access to the lagoon. There is a kayak, swing available. Well organized, clean, comfortable house, very good air conditioning (we had very hot days). Rô and Thomaz were very nice, helpful at any time. We loved the stay! We'll be back as soon as we can.

House identical to the listing, spacious and organized, interesting for those who like a more rustic style. Safe Patio for those who have small children and do not want to leave them only indoors. Secure parking space. We really enjoyed our stay, we recommend it!

Pietro's place is very good, in a quiet place and at the same time close to the center! The pool was clean and the hydro as well, the place is better than the photos! We were in 10 people (5 couples) and we enjoyed the place a lot! Note 10

The house and the place are magical. Graziela is the best possible host. Couldn't have wished. We regret and apologize for not being able to make everything as clean and organized as we usually do, but a mishap on the penultimate day made us change the plans of the last one, and to enjoy it a little bit more, we left without organizing everything as we always try to do make. We want to come back often.

Great house and super clean, smelling bedding and had towels for all of us, Daniel and Ana are to be congratulated, all that was announced was what we found in the house, all very clean and organized, the attention we paid for the watsapp was 100%, thanks Daniel and thanks ANa, it was very good to be in the house of you.

UNSPECTABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see much of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is a delight! The accommodation is able to blend the calm of a retired neighbourhood and proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city centre was about 5 minutes by car, and the nearby beaches are also well accessible by car. The guide elaborated by Giulianno was great, it was able to direct which beaches to visit and, in particular, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little longer and going down the side street, especially if you are carrying the beach gears.
