Creekside is a 312 square foot (plus loft) secluded Tiny Cabin. It is nestled in the woods, with mountain views and absolutely stunning night skies. A picturesque year-round mountain stream is less than 50 feet from the cabin porch. The modern cabin was designed to be comfortable and appealing. Every "tiny" detail was considered. Although the cabin may have limited square footage, it feels roomy and uncrowded.

This was a great place to stay, especially if you are exploring the Blackwater State Park area. Couldn’t be more convenient! We were so pleasantly surprised by the shops and restaurants in the area. The food and the service from the locals cultivated a super friendly environment. The owner was very responsive over messaging the few times we reached out. Couple cons: I will say the listing was a little overpriced for what you get, though the inflated price could have been because of the holiday weekend. The upstairs bedroom would get pretty warm and there were instructions that you could not adjust the thermostat. I can understand the owner not wanting us to mess with the room temperature, the weather dropped from 51 to 11 degrees in a matter of 24 hours while we were there! But if you are a hot sleeper and being able to adjust the thermostat is important to you, it may be something worth considering! Overall I would recommend this listing!

Mark was a great host! It was a last minute stay and he was very responsive. We had a toddler that made some noise and he was very understanding and friendly as we arrived late and made some noise. Will definitely stay again.

This is a real gem. What a wonderful trip for us with Black Diamond house. Brian and co hosts were very responsible and thoughtful fantastic hosts. House is super clean, modern, newly renovated, great view and beautiful surroundings, quiet peaceful safe full of decorations and amenities including warm jacuzzi with peaceful heavenly neighbors. Dream came true in New Virginia. Lots of things to do in the nature also. I would definitely come back to Brian’s place.

Dasha and her cabin were wonderful! She was incredibly responsive and even checked in to see that all was well during our stay. We felt welcomed from the minute we stepped into her beautiful cabin. She has fully equipped this cabin to insure guests are completely comfortable. Things you don't even expect like salt, pepper, all paper products, plastics and wraps, more dishes, utensils and silverware than you could need and loads of linens and cleaning products! This host is incredibly thoughtful and her space shows that level of detail. We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to visit again! Thank you for everything Dasha and Alex!

Amber was wonderful. I was in a hurry and did not fully read the listing. So was not expecting a total off grid experience. If I was looking for off grid glamping this is exactly what I would expect and would be a great few day getaway from the hustle and bustle. The view in the morning was spectacular. Wish I could have stayed longer and didn't have to work while I was in the area.
