Rustic small cottage located in Saint-Damien in the Lanaudière region, 1.5 hours from Montreal, 5 minutes from the village of Saint-Damien. Nothing luxurious or complex. The place is peaceful, warm, the scenery is beautiful and it lacks nothing. NOTE: this is a cottage that we use (but not during your stay) it is not a rental cottage only as a hotel. There are our personal belongings in the cottage. If you're looking for a luxury rental cottage, you've come to the wrong place.

The warm will seduce you with its most comforting atmosphere. The chalet has an indoor wall-mounted electric fireplace and an outdoor wood-burning fireplace. Only 4 chalets have access to the spa and sauna. One hour per day in private. Direct acces to snowmobile trail#351. The chalet is located on our 28 hectare private campground. We are located in the heart of Mauricie for outdoor activities it is the ideal place! Do not hesitate to ask us for information.

On the edge of a waterfall where the sound intoxicates us with serenity, close to the Loup River, for kayaking, canoeing or swimming. In winter, nature offers you snowshoeing and mountain skiing. 10 minutes from the village and snowmobile trails and less than 20 minutes from some outfitters, for fishing, snowmobile rental, dog sledding, with family, friends, happiness and relaxation assured.

Rustic style in a wooded area well landscaped for peaceful walks and near the big city, all in new condition and very well maintained. Sociable and welcoming by nature. Never two bookings at the same time, spa available located on the gallery of the private house open 24 hours a day, discretion and tranquility are guaranteed! A transition zone in winters is planned. No smoking or other use of emanating smoke is prohibited.

Just 1 hour from Montreal, relax at the Chalets du Jolimont in one of the 15 chalets built with wood from the estate by Jean François, owner, nature lover and ecological construction enthusiast! The estate includes a lake, volleyball and badminton courts, 6 km of hiking trails, 13 refuge cottages (2-4 people) without electricity or running water, as well as 2 cottages with electricity for more amenities (8-16 people).
