Villa holiday rentals in Grande-Terre

Hello we were 8 people, 4 couples and we really enjoyed the villa...Sylvie had warned us of the decrease in the water flow in a shower so we did with...welcome very appreciated as well as the fruit basket...very good for family with children..

We were 7 people at the villa for 10 days. I confirm that the photos are exactly as in reality and it's beautiful. The infinite pool with the view is just wow. And the bedrooms are really good with each their bathroom. The little hitch we had was the hot water for the shower, it wasn't everyone who had it. On the beach side, we have no problem with the caretakers. They were very courteous as long as we had the bracelets and access card. Grocery is about 10 minutes max. The city did not often pass for recycling, we had to wear them in municipal bacc because it was overflowing but it is not the fault of the owners. And on the communication side with Marielle, it was perfect, always very quick to respond. So in summary, we give a 10/10 to the villa and we highly recommend it. A wonderful vacation!

Especially: - La plancha - Location near the services of Saint-François - Pool ideal for children (8 and 12 years old) - Didier's welcome - Surprisingly quiet given the location - The outdoor toilet/shower much appreciated by everyone (in addition to the one inside) - La plancha (the cook insists on mentioning it a 2nd time)

It was a pleasure to spend a few days in this beautiful villa. Mickaël and Vanessa shared very clear information and listened during the stay. The villa is very well furnished and very well located.

our stay at Stéphane's went very well. very good communication, very friendly. The house is great, the park is a treasure for the eyes. The pool is treated with salt so for people who don't like the smell of chlorine, it's perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet. thank you to Stéphane and his wife for their kindness and responsiveness in our exchanges .

We had wonderful, relaxing days in the villa. Everything was well equipped and we enjoyed the terrace and the pool in the tropical garden after the excursions to the sea. Thank you Alexis for the very nice contact and support! Say hello to the sweet kitten from us!

We had a great time with the family. The setting is ideal!!! In this mango season, we were able to fully enjoy them. There was enough space for everyone. (8 people) The villa was a perfect match for the photos and was well maintained. The concierge was always available to help us, which we really appreciated. A great experience!

We had a pleasant stay at karine's home. The place is modern and we also enjoyed the outside with the pool.

Beautiful house for family vacations! We were 6 adults and 4 teenagers and we had plenty of room! The sea view is just amazing , the very large infinity pool! Sublime!

Victoria’s house is a priceless, older, custom designed Caribbean beach house with private beach. Her personal decor perfectly offsets what the house is about. Just a fantastic setup. The house has a lovely familial charm, throughout. There were moments when it felt as though I were back in St. Tropez than in Guadeloupe. It could not be more idyllic. Her host was beyond polite. Everything was thoroughly covered, including close recommendations.

A beautiful week spent in this wonderful residence. Everything was perfect and beyond the photos. Just a big wow I recommend this property well furnished and with a breathtaking view. Accommodation with a great view, very functional with beaches accessible on foot by a very nice trail. On the other hand, the pool is more of a small pool to cool off in: impossible to swim… In addition, the proposed accommodation is more like a large duplex with 2 large terraces than a villa because an independent accommodation is located below. Not particularly annoying during our rental because under construction (presence of workers) but once inhabited or rented, it could be annoying…

Enjoy your stay at Pauline's. Comfortable and pleasant house although a few mosquitoes. Pleasant pool. Responsive host in case of need or problem. Main house with 6 beds. If more, bungalow on the property

Wishlist for this lovely place where we had a wonderful stay, our 2 year old was delighted to run into the huge garden, swim in the pool in the morning, or visit the many beaches within a short drive. The perfect spot for a short break away from town... Highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Virginia's place. The house is beautiful, quiet but close to all amenities, restaurants and beaches. The perfect house for a stay in Guadeloupe, I highly recommend we will come back! Love it!
