Ideally located at the Marina and close to the center (all on foot), according to the photos and description. Emilie was very flexible, we arrived early and she went out of her way to welcome us. In addition, we were there for the evening of Carnival and she spontaneously offered to stay until 1pm so we didn't rush after the party. Super nice!

Alexia is a very nice, friendly and smiling girl. It shows that she likes what she does. From the reservation to the day, everything went smoothly. The apartment is very well decorated, there is everything you need. Thanks to her for a lovely stay. I highly recommend

Charming and functional accommodation, very well located a few meters from the beach. Next door is a small shopping mall with a bar, restaurant, grocery store and the best bakery on the island! A big thank you to Angela who was very responsive in all circumstances.

Very nice accommodation with a sea view, a short walk to the beach , very clean and nice little decor, the bedding is perfect . The terrace is pleasant ,The awakening with the birdsong and the sound of the sea ...The perfect welcome with Ingrid, Jolan wood beach accessible by the coastal path for the bravest at more than half an hour , a very good caterer at the entrance to the makandja complex to test is very good. I would recommend this rental.

Great stay with the family at this villa. We were 2 families of 2 adults and 2 children. Each has their own space, several baths, very convenient. Numerous games, books available. The loan of very convenient beach towels too. Emilie's responsiveness and availability 😉

Beautiful group stay in this beautiful house! Well suited for families: toys, high chair, playground, beach games, etc. The house is in a quiet area and the pool was much appreciated! The beach is within walking distance, as are 2-3 restaurants/caterers/cafes about ten minutes away. Clean, spacious and well-organized house. ☺️

As soon as the shutter closed, we already have in mind to come back to enjoy the punch bin and contemplate the landscape at will. Thank you for everything .

A cozy nest well located on the heights of Anse Mire with panoramic views of the bay and the Sugarloaf axis. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Kitchen is convenient with the bar overlooking the dining area. The pool environment is also very nice. It takes a vehicle (preferably an electric scooter) to reach the center or you have to love walking. Anse Mire beach is a 5-minute walk away and not too far from Kanaoa either.

A quiet, clean and very well maintained place. A bakery, restaurant and bistro right next door at very reasonable prices. The Raisins Claire beach is very beautiful but it should be noted that there are many corals or rocks that make swimming a little more difficult. But for walking, it's very beautiful. You have everything you need in the area, very well located. I loved my stay and will not hesitate to return.

Absolutely beautiful home on the water. Everything I needed was provided. Super safe and secure area. Loved my ocean view and just steps to the water to take beautiful walks and swim. Would definitely book and stay again when in the area!

I spent five weeks in Waina's apartment. It is well located, quiet, with a very nice view of the marina – a peaceful and pleasant setting to have coffee in the morning. The room is functional and has a small desk, ideal for extra work. The bathroom is clean and quite spacious. Kitchen is well-equipped. The pool of the residence is close, although it requires a small renovation. That said, the first beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and another, more developed, is accessible in 5 minutes by car, on the side of the Fleur d'Épée hotel. The apartment is very well located: 7 minutes' drive from the main road that crosses the two parts of the island. It takes about 20 minutes to reach Sainte-Anne, 40 minutes to Saint-François, and 20 minutes to Baie-Mahault - in short, the location is quite central to be able to visit both parts of the island.

The Cocon Creole apartment is impeccable and really comfortable. It has recently been refurbished and has a nice decor. All amenities are high quality and very efficient. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the bed super comfortable, the towels large and soft and all the supplies required for the stay are offered, in generous quantities. Everything has been designed to offer guests an exemplary stay and the owner Mrs. Hélène as well as the Sonia on-site connection are both extremely kind and friendly. The only downside for us was the weakness of Wifi, a problem that we did not experience in any of the other 4 rental sites during our month-long stay in Guadeloupe. If this were to continue, we are confident that Ms. Hélène will see how to fix it. Thank you again for the lovely welcome!

Frédérique's apartment is very nice , ideally located between the marina and the market town , and facing the sea . Everything went very well for us and I can only highly recommend this rental .
