For someone who places great importance on the energy of spaces, I can say that René's studio immediately gave me a feeling of "home" in my first phase of settling in Dakar. The space is well decorated and beautiful in its simplicity. The kitchen is shared with Rene and his family, but I didn't feel uncomfortable because they made me feel at ease right away. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a connection with a host and to be located in a lively little neighborhood.

We spent a wonderful two weeks there, and the experience was truly enjoyable. A big thank you to Rosalie for her excellent work from check-in to check-out! Oumou, the co-host, was always responsive, proactive, and ready to help. They also offer a transfer service for guests, which I highly recommend; it makes your arrival in Dakar much smoother. If you're looking for a true city experience, this is the perfect place to stay. The neighborhood is vibrant, lively, and full of great restaurants. Louis was an exceptional host friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. We stayed for two nights, and any time we messaged him, he replied promptly with a solution. I even forgot to include to add electricity unit chatges and he was completely understanding. Thank you, Louis, for being such a great host and for providing such a fantastic location!

Yasmina is very professional, and very responsive. The apartment is beautiful and relaxing, cut off from the dynamism of the city, slightly off-center from local shops. But it's a neighborhood that's emerging, it'll happen soon! Anyway, a pleasure to have ended my stay in this apartment 🌞

Had a great time at this Airbnb apartment. The host was very responsive and professional, providing clear instructions before and during my stay, which made my arrival and settling in very easy. The accommodation is in a great location, close to restaurants, a hypermarket, and several banks, which was very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the building is well secured, which gave me a sense of tranquility throughout my stay. The only small inconvenience was the lack of mosquito netting for the bedroom window, but it didn't really affect my comfort, it's just a minor detail. In summary, I am very satisfied with this experience and highly recommend this listing!
