Holiday rentals with beach access in Grand Traverse County

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

This place was perfect! We were in town for a family wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Very clean and comfy and just a 10 second walk from shops, ice cream, and restaurants! Woulda definitely stay again! The homemade brownie mix was an extra special touch!

Great stay in an adorable, walkable town. Plenty to do, great food and drinks in a beautiful location on the bay. Would highly recommend and would revisit. Perfect stay.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. Great stay in Traverse City. Thank you, Stacey and Roy!

This is the best stay for Traverse City. The location is the absolute best. Everything you want to do in the city is walkable. The parking spot was right across the street and if you wanted to rent additional spots it was very easy to do. Highly recommend!

We were in town for the Bayshore Half Marathon and initially expected a group of five, but it ended up being just two couples. The condo was perfect for our group! The parking was clearly marked, and we had the place to ourselves. It was easy to access, and we even tried out the elevator. At first, we weren’t sure which building was ours since there are several nearby, but once we got our bearings, everything was smooth. The location truly can’t be beat — we were able to walk to almost everything! The views are absolutely stunning. I only wish we had better weather so we could have spent more time outside enjoying them. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, with just the right amount of space for the four of us. Having two bathrooms, a cozy living area, and separated sleeping spaces made our stay really comfortable. We’d love the chance to stay here again in the future!

House was just perfect. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. Reasonable distance from Traverse City and attractions such as Sleeping Bear dunes. Amazing surroundings and environment. Comfortable beds too. The hot spa was a bonus. Thank you for the gift of wine and Cherry Republic chocolate! Both locally made! We enjoyed our stay!

The Burdhouse is uniquely beautiful. It’s colorful. The amenities are plentiful. It’s laid out well for multiple groups. It has a rich history, noted in Tammy’s book. The location is wonderful, slightly off the beaten path, but within walking distance of restaurants and activities. Tammy is an awesome host. She contacts you in advance and makes sure you have no questions. She is also readily available during your stay. We were in town for my daughter‘s wedding and this was the perfect place to stay.

Shannon’s place is awesome. For the money and what’s offered with the house, you can’t really ask for a better stay. Super close to downtown and walking distance but don’t have to deal with the downtown craziness. Has everything you need and for a great price.

Where do I start… this was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our fur baby. The house was exactly as described and is placed in the most peaceful neighborhood - while also being minutes away from everything Traverse City has to offer! Ramy is the most wonderful host; answering all our questions and suggesting some great local spots as well. We felt immediately at ease and truly could enjoy our vacation thanks to Ramy and this perfect lil home. We hope to be back next time we visit Traverse City! ☺️

Host was super quick to responds and sent a ton of info of things to do in the area. A very nice, peaceful time on the lake.

Place was exactly as described. Perfect location for our needs and the ability to bring our dogs was a huge plus. House was spacious and well kept. Would stay here again

We came up for my bachelorette weekend, actually found this place as a last minute deal when our first place fell through. The house was beautiful, and everyone had plenty of room. We were able to check in early and the host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

This place was AMAZING! So clean, had everything we needed, and very well stocked! We will be staying here again when we return to Traverse City.

Kara’s place was perfect! My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Very comfortable and clean place, had everything that we needed. From the views and close to everything that we wanted to see. Definitely hope to be back soon!

Our stay was relaxing and exactly what we needed. The walk to the water was short and easy, giving us great views of the sunset.
