Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grand Traverse Bay

We loved our stay at this home! The host was fantastic, and the accommodations were everything we could want. The host supplied every amenity listed, plus more that you didn't even know you might need. Excellent location, very quiet, plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Traverse City.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seeblick Haus. What a special location and home. The kitchen was well stocked, the views were great, and the house was cozy. I especially loved how it glowed at night with lots of diffused light. Thank you for opening your home for us and others!

Host was super quick to responds and sent a ton of info of things to do in the area. A very nice, peaceful time on the lake.

We felt right at home here. It was clean and had everything we needed! She thought of all the small things like fans, black out curtains (in the kids’ room), a coffee bar, kitchen basics and even crayons/coloring books. With two small children, the games, toys and large yard were awesome! Very private and central to everywhere we wanted to go.

Everything was great. We had a small issue...but it was fixed quickly and thoroughly.

The house was spacious inside and outside (fenced backyard and large deck) and worked well for our needs. Dog amenities like water bowls and towels definitely appreciated! Hosts are kind and responsive, an issue came up with coffeemaker and they fixed it right away. The walk out basement area is cute and also has some really cool features like infrared sauna!! Would stay again if back in the area.

We had an excellent stay and experience! The hot tub was clean and private which made for a relaxing getaway. The location is close enough to downtown TC so we had easy access to great restaurants and the house is also conveniently close to the TC trail system, so we had the best of both worlds! Also, Bethany was super responsive to our questions and replied immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

Great stay in an adorable, walkable town. Plenty to do, great food and drinks in a beautiful location on the bay. Would highly recommend and would revisit. Perfect stay.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

So fun for our family of 4. We enjoyed the lake and cozy accommodations. Can hear people walking and talking upstairs, which were used to and felt right at home. Thoughtful instructions made everything clear. All was spotless and clean. A real treasure!

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. We loved this apartment! It was clean, the bed was comfy and the decor was charming. Parking is right on site and check in was a breeze - we had no issues. We walked to downtown TC - about a 10-15 minute leisurely walk. The neighborhood is stunning - beautiful homes. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and exactly what we needed. Very quiet. Grounds were beautiful. My only question going in was if the brew pub in the same building would be a distraction but definitely was not. Actually the opposite. We had multiple nice visits there, friendly staff and closes early too. The immediate surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful after 9 PM Saturday night The ability to temporarily pull up to the ground level front door to unload vehicle was handy. So many food and drink options within a few minute walk and great hiking trails right behind building up into hills west of TC were also great. Would stay again for sure. The history of the facility is very interesting and would recommend taking one of the tours available.

Beautiful accommodations. K.C. was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to accommodate us and made sure that we had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be back and recommend to our friends and family.
