Great condo that is showing wear and tear. We were staying for a week and planning to use the kitchen a lot-it needed cleaning. We had to buy toilet paper, tissues and paper towels as there was very little or none of these in the condo when we arrived. The location is excellent-close to base and pool/hot tub. TV’s in a couple of the bedrooms -nice for privacy.

Great little apartment with loads of beds (5 including the pull out couch). This place is perfect for crashing after a full day of skiing. the complex's pool, hot tubs, and sauna were just what needed after many days on the slopes. Very close to the free shuttle that takes you right to Winter Park base area.

This was a great place to spend the long weekend skiing with our family. Close to downtown and the slopes. It was perfect for us. The unit was spacious and clean. The mud room on first level was perfect to take off and store ski gear after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was large and easy to use. We actually stayed in twice to eat dinner. The couch in the family was comfortable and easily sat our family of five. Definitely would return.

Nice little cabin & looks like the great pics! Easy access, clean & friendly host. The hot tub worked but cools in about 10 minutes & would be a little more enjoyable with a privacy fence. Some flashing to divert melting snow from the roof getting on the steps would be helpful. Recommend verifying propane is available for the grill, as both tanks were empty when we went to grill steaks on our last night.

We enjoyed our stay at Winter Park Fraser Crossing. Accommodations were clean and roomy. Easy walk to gondola for first runs. Easy walk home at the end of the day. Nice village for relaxing, drinks, snacks, food, even light groceries. Only 2 issues… 1/ The lock was unreliable and very difficult to use. All 4 of us tried multiple times to open it before it finally worked after a call with the host. 2/ The hot tub for Fraser Crossing was closed due to reconstruction. The listing didn’t specify this. We only learned about that at the last minute. The host did help us get access within walking distance to another hot tub.

A great ski in/out location with easy access to the hot tub and sauna. Michelle was very proactive with her communication and even gave me an unexpected one night credit as the pass was closed due to a major snowstorm causing my check-in to be delayed by a day. The only constructive feedback would be to upgrade the pots and pans for those who like to cook.

Our family of five, including three kids, had a fantastic time at this cabin. The location was perfect—tucked away in the woods, offering plenty of space to explore and enjoy nature. The kids loved the hiking trails and having room to roam, while we all especially appreciated relaxing in the hot tub after long days of outdoor adventures. There was a perfect little hill for the kids to sled! The cabin itself was stunning—beautifully modern with a simple, classic design that felt effortlessly calming. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen, creating a space that was both functional and stylish. The clean lines, high-quality finishes, and airy layout made it a pleasure to stay in. It was immaculate, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Although the host’s responses were slightly delayed at times, they were helpful and ensured our stay went smoothly. Overall, this was a fantastic getaway spot, and we’d happily return!

I enjoyed my stay at Winter Park, not only was I extremely fortunate with the snow and the weather but this apartment was easy walking distance from the main Winter Park gondola, leading to all major skiing areas. The place was clean and had all the amenities ones needs after ski - a fire place, ski storage area, etc. I would recommend

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was indeed one of our favorites. It was very well stocked with kitchen items, spices,etc and large towels for the hot tub. We loved the layout of the house. Plenty of room to spread out. The location was nice for skiing at Winter Park even though it was a 25 min drive and we also enjoyed the hot springs 20 min away in the other direction. Evolve was very responsive and the owner was helpful resolving a rare issue we had. We will definitely return for a future stay. Susan and Pete

Such a perfect spot! Gorgeous, great layout, and close to lots of things. The only thing is it’s right on a golf course with tons of construction all around. Wasn’t a big deal, but the pictures portray it as being very isolated and in nature. That being said, would def stay here again!

This place was great for our group skiing at Winter Park! The walk to the lift was a pretty uphill, but it was only about a 7 minute walk so very manageable. We had plenty of space for the group - the living space was very nice for us all to gather for meals and the hot tub was great!

We loved our stay here. The condo is laid out very well. Both bedrooms are extremely spacious with comfy beds. The bunk room was great for kids. We loved the gorgeous views of the mountains from the balcony. Compared to many Airbnb’s, this condo is generously stocked with paper products, detergents and coffee/tea. We took the Bustang from Denver. The drop off is only a 5-7 minute walk to the condo. We took the local free shuttle to ski. 10/10! We already can’t wait to come back. Thank you for having us!

We came up to play in the pond hockey tournament. Initially we had booked a similar place in the same condominium. The property management company wanted us to upload our IDs and pay a security deposit to a 3rd party site. Very weird. So we booked this place with Evolve and it was fantastic! Short walk to everything in Grand Lake. Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, we will definitely be back! If you want to stay in Grand Lake book this property!

Ideal location! When they say ski in ski out they mean it. Pull out bed was comfy. The parking was super convenient (I would highly recommend pre paying for the time) Had one hiccup where I locked myself out. But the host responded quickly and gave me the information to get back in. Fair price and a great stay for us. I hope to stay again next time!

One of the best we have stayed in. Spotless, perfect location for the lake, restaurants, shops, etc. Never saw another person In the whole complex. A slight issue at the beginning but the owner reached right out and got it taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay again!!!!

Great stay, easy check-in, the ski in ski out aspect was great. only thing was the parking being seperate, but it is out of the hosts control. But, the instructions were close to the check in location making it easy.
