Giving the Villa that spa coastal feeling. On the Channel with a pool in the front yard & beach in the backyard. Dock to tie up or drop our sea kayaks & paddle boards off. Awesome 2 level water front home with great views down the canal and the open ocean. There is a great view from every room in the house while boasting privacy with a large gated lot. The house is located in the Bahamia neighborhood overlooking Princess Isle. High speed Internet, outdoor security cameras, kayaks, fuzball table, cornhole, smart tv's to keep yourself entertained during your stay! Linen, towels, pots, pans are all provided! 140' concrete dock 3-5' depth at low tide!

Stone Gate Oceanview Villas in Bootle Bay

Stone Gate is a 17-acre oceanfront retreat on the west end of Grand Bahamas Island in Bootle Bay. The Stone Gate Villas are each beachfront with 1,350 square feet of living space which includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern kitchen, wrap-around porches, French doors and numerous windows to let guests enjoy the views and ocean breezes. For guests traveling by private boat, we suggest arranging dockage at Blue Marlin Cove (1/2 mile). We can arrange transportation to the marina.

Get in your exercise in the lanes of the resort's Olympic size pool, or float in an innertube in the pool's 'lazy river'.

Property includes two swimming pools, hot tub, restaurant, free Monday night party and use of resort Kayaks, resort Boat, Bikes, rental cars at a cost. The room is light an airy and has everything you may need. A shower/tub combo in the bathroom, studio type accommodations as shown and dining table for eating. Internet is at a cost of $8/day.
