Condo holiday rentals in Granadilla

my daughter and i always love to stay in avalon on our daddy/daughter trips to the valley, and this condo was by far the most like home. amazing 3rd floor location, corner of the building (ridiculously quiet), and over the lake. coming from guanacaste, its nice to have that many windows to open on colder nights, and was almost torture to leave early on a sunday to beat holiday traffic heading back north. absolutely amazing stay.

Recomiendo 100% el alojamiento de Michael, las fotos no hacen referencia, lugar muy lindo con vista al lago, camas cómodas, baños limpios y cocina equipada, el centro de lavado fue un plus para mi familia, pasamos 6 días en éste alojamiento, posterior fuimos a México, Michael nos ayudó incluso a conseguir un parqueo para nuestro vehículo por el tiempo que estuvimos en México, quedando resguardado y seguro, sin duda Michael es un excelente anfitrión, siempre estuvo pendiente a responder nuestras dudas y nos oriento para que nuestro viaje fuera de los mejores en familia. Esperamos regresar pronto!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here!! So many great things to rave about! The views of the mountains are even better in person! I love how cozy the apartment felt and most of all how secure it was!! There was a security officer to let you in at all times. Love the walkability of the place. I was about 10mins walking distance from La Sabana park, several restaurants around the area and could get around easily through walking or Uber. This was my first time doing an extended stay for about two weeks and Cristian & the apt was just perfect! Also very responsive to any questions I had. Don’t hesitate, book!

Nos encanto el apartamento, la ubicacion super accesible y para las actividades que teniamos muy conveniente, nos sentimos como en casa, el apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario, sin duda volveriamos a reservar con ustedes!

I stayed at Gils apartment for a month and it was great. I will be back. It's close to everything and the apartment and property are great.

Ronald was an amazing host! He was always available to help with restaurants, directions, things to do, etc. He was responsive and super friendly. I gave him five stars because he really went above and beyond!! The only thing I will say is the hot water runs off solar panels so the shower is the only thing that really got hot. The bathroom and kitchen sink didn’t even get warm. That was a small adjustment for an overall clean, gorgeous and well kept condo! Keep up the great work Ronald!

Todo estuvo excelente, la vista increíble, la elegancia del apartamento, no tuvimos ningun problema mientras estuvimos ahí.

El lugar se ajusta a la descripción, el anfitrión súper atento. Hospedaje aseado y ordenado, perfectos para relajarse. Recomendado.

Very cute, nice apartment with easy access to the airport. 24/7 security guards, so it feels very safe.

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!

Ein sehr schöne, mit Liebe ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung. Ich habe gut geschlafen. Garage und Aufzug waren comfortabel. Bryan hat sich zu meinen Anfragen sofort und sehr freundlich gemeldet.

Great place and security...

First off, Marlene was an incredible host, which makes a huge difference. The community the condo is in is truly wonderful in every way, and the staff throughout our stay was great, and we made many friends. The condo itself was comfy and just right, and we especially loved the 2 balconies, particularly the one in the bedroom. The views are beautiful, the night sky is magnificent, and we spent many hours out there just enjoying the sounds of the stream below, the many birds living all around us, and the beautiful mountains close by. The internet is stable and super speedy. The bed was really comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is excellent, and everything you could ever need is nearby. Huge thumbs up, and we’d definitely stay here again.

El apartamento es demasiado bonito una vista impresionante, aseado con utensilios a fácil acceso para mantener la limpieza, súper completo la cocina tiene todas las comodidades para la preparación de alimentos y una gran variedad de utensilios y muy espacioso la sala de estar y comedor son justos para compartir con libertad de espacio, por último y muy importante la atención de don Miguel es muy precisa, oportuna y muy cordial, brinda indicaciones claras y responde en tiempos cortos de espera. Sin dudar lo recomendaría el precio es justo y el lugar es muy agradable. Una particularidad es que en el condo las personas en general son muy respetuosas y amables.

Marcela y Agustín fueron muy amables y nos brindaran todas las informaciones del apartamento y sus facilidades. Tiene una excelente infraestrutura de piscina, canchas y parque para perros. El apartamento está full amueblado y cumplió con nuestras expectativas y necesidades.
