Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you will find the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year round (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: a table, chairs, an umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a refreshing swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. The Cortijo del Pino is an accommodation in an authentic 19th century Andalusian farmhouse located in the Granada valley, three km from the city. It houses four apartments of different capacities: Atrojes, Cuadra, Tinao and Torreón, distributed in the old agricultural units of the farmhouse. The Torreón house is culminating in the building. A bright duplex with a kitchen, private terrace and excellent views. It is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.

Great apartment in the backyard of my house. You will have a private terrace to enjoy magnificent views of Granada. We are in the center of Granada at the foot of the Albaicin. A 7-minute walk to the cathedral. A 3-minute walk to the bus or taxi stop. A 10-minute walk to Plaza de San Nicolás. A 20-minute walk to the entrance of the Alhambra. You have to climb stairs to get to the house. But that will make you enjoy silence and tranquility.
