nice quiet place. it was a bit hard to find but I think it has more to do with Google map in nicaragua. it is 8 minutes from the center of the city but I needed a quiet night so it was perfect.

The stay at Tim's house (Casa Marina) was very good, in a great location where you can walk through the beautiful city of Granada and reach nice restaurants and stores quickly. Tim responded to all of our concerns. the place was very spacious and beautiful with A.C. as advertised. Our week stay was great specially when the Cleaning Lady came halfway through our stay and made sure everything was nice and organized and helped us with more than we expected. Eva deserves a 5-Star rating for her services. The living room is an open area that connects to the backyard and in a few occasions we saw a few bats flying in and quickly out. You may also see other insects and critters inside the place.

I enjoyed my stay at Emma's Guest Cottage. It is a great place to get away if you want a quiet and secluded space just outside Granada. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, and the wifi and television reception were great. Yajaira worked extremely hard all day to keep the place clean and Richard maintained the garden in beautiful shape. There was always a pleasant breeze coming off the lake and I enjoyed the swimming pool. If these are the things you are looking for in a vacation rental, you will enjoy your stay here.

Alejandra was a fantastic host, who I would always recommend staying with. She responds quickly, she’s very helpful, and extremely kind. She cares about taking care of her guests and making sure they enjoy their stay. The house was amazing and exactly as described. She is great at accommodating requests!

The property was everything we could wish for, it felt like an oasis once inside. Very spacious with charming decor and an inviting pool. The area felt safe and secure and very handy for the plaza and parque central. Tania was extremely helpful and flexible, very warm, welcoming and friendly. She was always in hand for advice and support. Arturo communicated well. The staff in the adjoining Gaia Cafe were also very friendly and welcoming. Were we to return to Granada we would definitely stay there again.

Glenn is a super host. He went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and had a relaxing time. The place has everything you need for a long stay. We will definitely be back.

It was a great stay at the lovely house inside a gated community. The private beach access was perfect. It’s a beautiful place. There are few details which would make the stay even better especially outdoors but the good price made it up for it. I had a great work flow, even though at certain times of the day it got very hot in the house which was then the perfect time to go for a swim. I slept very good, the area is very quiet. There are few small local tiendas on the road to find fruit & vegetables as well as basic groceries-if you come without a car like me. The massage at Casa marimba was a highlight. If you seek some quiet time to focus on work or other projects without getting distracted/disturbed much, this is the perfect place.

Beautiful house perfectly centred to all amenities. The house had everything you needed to relax and chill. The house manager was available at all times and assisted with any questions we had. We have not words to describe how perfect our time at Casa La Gran Sultana was. Thank you Margarita and Bhelia for everything you did to ensure we had a great vacation.

We had the pleasure of staying at La Giralda. The view was amazing and everything is just as described. It’s a great place to take a step back, relax and enjoy nature. The monkeys and the birds greeted us every morning. We also saw a bat, a couple of cool squirrels and cicadas. Luis really went out of his way to provide great local recommendations and was super attentive to my family and I. Always willing to help and extremely friendly. There’s no doubt we will be staying at La Giralda again.

Mi estadía fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy ordenado y con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue perfecta desde el primer momento, siempre atento y claro con las indicaciones. Having been to Granada 12 times in the past 9 years, we've stayed many places, yet would suggest this above them all if you're OK being on the edge of the smaller city rather than centrally located. The home was brand new, spotless, it had A/C in both bedrooms and the living/kitchen area, we loved the dining table & chair area under the overhang just outside the kitchen open to the courtyard and pool area. The pool is not large, but our 5 year old grandson LOVED it, and given the commonly hot weather native to the area, it was a joy to be able to take a quick dip in the pool to cool off anytime we wanted. The location is secure, in a condo development with a 24/7/365 gated entrance, we've never had a single issue at all staying in Granada, yet this safety could be helpful for those who desire. My wife (who is native from Granada) and I loved our 8 night stay and would recommend this home without reservation!

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

Espectacular la atención del personal, Alex tiene una buena atención y hospitalidad.. privacidad y encanto de lugar.. recomendaría que ofrezcan música ambiente en algunos horarios en algunas zonas para que los visitantes puedan tener una área de entretenimiento y que ofrezcan el servicio de Alimentación en diferentes modalidades. Para tener todo en un solo lugar o asociados a los negocios colindantes.

Exceptionnel! Très bien situé. D’une propreté irréprochable. Un chat très attachant. Une déco artistique avec une bibliothèque de livres à lire. Les enfants demandent déjà pour y retourner!!!

Alvaro was an amazing host. He far exceeded our expectations and was so nice and accommodating. Words cannot describe his home, you will be blown away the beautiful pictures do not do this place justice. I have travelled many places and this has been one of the best places and experiences of my life. Book this place, you will not be sorry you did, it is worth every penny. Thanks again Alvaro!!

great place, peaceful, relaxing with a balcony, a pool and restaurant of their own.

It was an amazing stay with the monkeys. A magical experience for a reasonable price. Felt like staying in a mansion. Highly recommend, especially if you’re on a budget.
