Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Granada

Michael and his staff on site were very accommodating . Doña Ana and her brother-in-law were very attentive and helpful. Michael maintained fluid communication and was very attentive and flexible. The house is very nice and a few steps you have direct access to the lagoon Thank you for your excellent service!!

Wish I could of stayed more days after arriving. Will definitely consider staying here again if I’m ever in the area. Absolutely beautiful home.

This Air BnB is is incredibly beautiful and spacious. Its location is perfect allowing you to walk where ever you need to go. Manrique was amazingly helpful and took us on a full day tour of the volcano, lake and looking, a highlight of our trip. Would recommend staying here!

We loved staying at Antonio's beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen & living room, super comfy bedrooms & the AC worked great. Great location to wander & shop and loved the dipping pool to cool off at the end of the day. The layout was great because the bedrooms were in the back away from traffic and the kitchen area is separated at the front so you can be noisy in the morning if everyone else is still sleeping!

What to say about this place, it's so quiet and so beautiful. I felt so relaxed these days, in addition to the area that is very quiet and full of nature. Nel se porto super linda and accessible xon us all the time, plus its coffee harvest is excellent. In case of traveling to Nicaragua again, we will not last to return to this place ❤️✨️

Super charming house in a quiet, safe part of town, only a two-minute (or less) walk to the center of town. We LOVED the colonial feel of the house and the plunge pool for that hot afternoon heat...chef's kiss. Ashley provided us with everything we could possibly need: AC, hot water, soap/shampoo (bc I definitely forgot to pack it), speedy Wifi, a fully functional kitchen, comfy bed...the list goes on and on. Julio was also amazing and very accommodating to our schedule. We loved this little gem in Granada so much we actually wanted to book another weekend...but it was already booked (boo!). Our stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and situated in a central location which was great. The main living area was spacious with plenty of areas to sit and relax. Our favorite were the handmade rocking chairs. The kids loved the outdoor pool. All four bedrooms were also spacious, comfortable, and in immaculate condition. Onice provided excellent service. The staff members, Enrique and Raul were great. Excellent communication with Rocio. Granada is a gorgeous colonial city. I would highly recommend this AirBNB!

Great Place within walking distance of the airport. Very clean and easy to find. There was an ice cold beer waiting for me, which was delicious after a 3.5 hour drive. Claudio was very helpful and responsive. Julie his assistant met me at the apartment with the keys. I will be staying here again in the future as I will be traveling in and out of Nicaragua frequently in the coming years. Thanks for the beer!!

Safety, cleanliness, kindness and above all communication with Carlos is really good. A thoughtful host and very responsive to messages. I'm going back to this place again. Apart from the subject , the location is about 30 minutes from festive places so plan a car, or a few dollars by taxi...

I had an amazing time at James place. It was as warm and comfortable as the pictures. Everything was close by to get to and the taxi Milton was a great tour guide to show me around the city. I only stayed a weekend but I definitely will be back to visit and I will only stay here. Thank you!

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

we only spent a short stay at this establishment for lack of space but everything went well. we were very well received. the apartment is spacious and comfortable. the kitchen is well equipped . The garden is pleasant and the residence is well secured.
