Guest house "Izhata" is a country house in the village of Borovitsa, located on the bank of the Stakevska River. It is located 10 km from the town of Belogradchik and 7 km from the main road E79. On the ground floor is the tavern, a hall suitable for various events such as business meetings, wine tasting, as well as your family and friends gatherings, where you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the middle of the last century. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, with a shared bathroom and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Relax with your company/the whole family in this quiet accommodation in untouched nature. The old almost renovated country house is 10 km away from Svrljig. Possibility of eating homemade food and old Serbian specialties in agreement with the host. The house has two bedrooms, one with a French bed, the other with two single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with access to the terrace and a large courtyard with a swimming pool. We are located in the southeast of Serbia, 4 km from Knjaževac and near Stara Planina, which is 50 km away. Nearby is Rgoška Spa at 600m and a city pool with thermal water at 200m distance. In front of the cottage itself is a summer house with a barbecue fireplace, kettle or roasting, dining table and relaxation set. Throughout the year, guests have access to a hot tub with hot water up to 38C. From May to October, guests also have access to a swimming pool whose water we also heat.

In Belogradchik you can arrange a flight with a hot air balloon over the Belogradchik rocks.
