The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We are a small family and rent a small but nice apartment in the basement of our house. It consists of a room with a cooking, dining and sleeping area. From the sleeping area you enter a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The bed can be pulled out so that two people can sleep in it. If requested, we can provide another bed. The TV is equipped with satellite connection and all guests get guest access to the Wi-Fi.

Dear guests, our property is located in the lower part of our house. Access is at ground level. The apartment is barrier-free except for a small threshold in the toilet. Parking is available right in front of the house. A fire bowl in the garden with seating is available for cozy evenings. In the apartment, underfloor heating under the parquet floor provides pleasant warmth even in the colder season.
