Waterfront holiday rentals in Goyang-si

I’ve stayed at Devin’s places a few times over the past couple years, and they have come to be my go-to places to stay in Seoul. The building is easy to find which is super helpful when coming from abroad and you’re too jet-lagged to try to explain to the taxi driver where the building is, especially if it’s your first time in Seoul. This place had great views of the Han River and Lotte World Tower. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured and has the amenities for a long term stay. What surprised me the most was the amount of storage available in a studio apartment. I stayed for two months and I brought a lot of things. I was able to store everything neatly so I didn’t have to live in clutter for two months. Devin is also always really nice and responsive. I definitely recommend staying here!

A lovely place to stay with an amazing view towards the city river. Bed was very comfortable and room is spacious, all amenities smartly integrated. Jini was very helpful throughout to direct us on how to get, even though we had a late night check in. We will definitely come here again next time we visit Seoul! :)

Staying at this place was absolutely amazing, easy to get via municipal means (bus, metro) , stations 3-8 minutes from the accommodation. Small fun restaurants with a lot of good food in the area, several supermarkets close by. A little further away (20 min walk) we found a big food market. Nice walking paths along the Han river (only a few minutes from the property). Very calm neighbourhood. Very easy to communicate with the host, always responded quickly and explained well and always in a welcoming way. Highly recommended

Eden was super helpful throughout the stay, the instructions and guide made it clear on what to do so there was no confusion at all. Secondly, the location is super convenient, connected to the metro station made it easy to travel around Seoul. Most attractions and neighbourhoods were just a 30 minute metro ride away. The view is also great, with lot of natural sunlight. The only minor reminder would be to bring your own bigger towels! Eden provided more than enough hand towels but if you’re not used to it, you can bring your own bath towels for comfort. My partner and I adjusted fine. Overall, great stay!

If you are thinking of traveling around Jamsil, this is a great place to stay. Highly recommended. 1. I had to walk a lot because I had a schedule before check-in, so I didn't want to walk to the accommodation for a long time when I got off from public transportation.. It's the best accommodation I think of that. It's just 5 minutes away from Jamsil Station, and this price is unconditional. 2. You can see that the nearby sightseeing area is almost solved by Jamsil alone. Even if you look for it roughly from Gangnam to Jamsil, there is a large shopping mall, and if you take Jamsil Line 2, you can go to Hongdae at once, so it has an absolute advantage in transportation. If you're thinking of walking around a lot, this is the place for you. 3. The accommodation is really neat and clutter-free. When I went, there was no special noise. There was no unique cramped feeling that was easily felt in a typical officetel. I really liked the bed, and the couch was comfortable. You can sit in the living room or the room. The bathroom was clean, and it was wider than the business hotel bathroom. There is a non-slip footboard in the shower, and the items provided were good. And the photos match the listing. I can say what this is, because I've been to a different accommodation from the photos.. 4. The host is friendly. If you don't know or have any questions while using the accommodation, just ask. He answers well.

Place was very clean and beautiful, perfectly located in the local neighborhood. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around that are great! We felt like at home. Host was super good at responding and made it quite easy to check in and out.

I found a place where I enjoyed and enjoyed Lotte World with my two children, and I found a place where I could relax individually, but the host was kind and the surrounding entertainment and food were the best. It was nice that the cleanliness was good and the supplies were perfectly equipped. I'm revisiting 10,000%. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Perfect location for the cherry blossom season. Near Lotte area so convenient to walk but also distant enough to have peace and silence. You can't ask for more with such a price!! Super deal. On the downside (if any at all) - Spacious rooms altho the living room seemed a little tight for 3 people. No stairs, but it only bothered us during checkin and out when we had luggages. The host was responsive to fix a couple minor problems. Overall, I think you won't find a better place in this neighborhood. Definitely will come again!! Thank you so much !! -Lena, Irina, Katya.

The place is very clean and has a lot of beds, which is great for a large group of people. Each room has air conditioning, so you can have a pleasant stay even in the summer months. In addition, the accommodation was spacious, so I was able to stay comfortably, and there were plenty of cutlery, so there was no inconvenience when cooking.

Just wow! Great location with some excellent restaurants and coffee bars all within an easy walk. Very unusual property, like almost out of a kdrama was just brilliant - lying in bed looking out at the Seoul landscape will definitely be a memory never to forget.

I was able to have a good time with the kids for 2 nights and 3 days.

I spent several months in this accommodation, and despite the lack of an outside window I had no problems. The host was always able to react very quickly whatever the situation. The location, very close to the metro, is ideal and makes it easy to get around. I really enjoyed my stay!

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

More beautiful in real life, the views are incredible as is the comfort. Locate is great, right next to the subway, a beautiful temple and a shopping mall with the famous book store but more importantly the area is still quiet. Chris was an amazing host, left clear instructions and quick to response to any questions asked. Would say here again
