My experience was excellent! Host was extremely welcoming, communicative and helpful from first contact. The apartment was impeccable, clean, comfortable and exactly as in the pictures. The location was perfect, safe place. I highly recommend to those looking for a comfortable and worry-free stay. I'll definitely be back at the next time!

Luana's apartment is extremely well located, with a private garage and an electronic gate, which makes it very easy. Luana passes on all the information and check-in is super smooth. Everything works perfectly. When I return to Valadares, I will stay there again.

Gostei a lot of the house corresponds with the announcement, I was greeted by Melyssa's mother to Mary a love of a very polite and caring person. The only detail was the garage that did not fit the truck because it was tall. I loved the house and would be back there for sure

André was from the very beginning very helpful and proactive in meeting us and clarifying our doubts. The site was in great condition and very well located. Supermercado, Açogue, Farmácia, Sorveteria with a playground and Fuel Station all just a block away from the place, in fact a real find. Air-conditioned functioning without odor and quality freezing the whole environment. I definitely recommend it.

Wonderful house I spent a month, but I wanted to live there. Everything is well organized, clean and in perfect condition. I highly recommend it.

Marceliany was wonderful and helpful. She responded very quickly and the house has an excellent space, especially for me, who went with family. Space for children to play. I have nothing to complain about. If I need to go back, I definitely want to stay there again.

The property is very well located, easy to access, close to everything in GV. I found the apartment clean and organized. Exactly as in the pictures. Both check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. If I need to stay in Valadares again, I will definitely check the availability of this property.
