Type: T2 (1 bw) 4 Pax Location: Outside the farm (70 meters away) First Floor Living room with fireplace Bathroom Second Floor Bedroom with Double Bed Room with Two Beds Non-Smoking House General Information: Breakfast at 7.5 euros/pax, served in the breakfast rooms (from 9 am to 10:30 am) or in the houses (it is necessary to book in advance). Houses equipped with a kitchenette or kitchen, some with a fireplace (to be used from 11/01 to 04/30). Tennis court (bring rackets and balls), gardens, barbecue (use limited by the National Fire Service) and swimming pool (from 9 am to 8 pm) to be used from 06/01 to 09/30. Cleaning twice a week, does not include dishwashing.

The pool is SHARED. We have other guest house in the farm. This granite walled cottage fits up to four people.There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a warm fire place and great views. We have on the first floor an independent studio for 2 People. There is also a pool (shared!) and a Pétanque field for the summer days. The highlight is the nature. You'll stay at the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, with 27 hectares of property to explore.

It has two houses surrounded by 16 hectars of land with Pine and Olive trees and the typical granite landscape of the region. The countryside is lovely, surrounded by small hills.
