Lapwing

LAPWING is an apartment connected to my artistic activities. The project began in 2020 with the "Atlas of Birds", then transformed into a boat featured in the photobook "Logbook. The Lapwing diary", and finally became a home. LAPWING-home serves as a memory space for our shared experiences, with photos on the walls preserving these stories. The apartment has a separate entrance, bicycle storage, and is family-& pet-friendly. It’s close to the National Park and a cycling route, boattrip possible.

We equipped the apartment to maximize the comfort of its use and provide separate spaces for relaxation, work in a comfortable position, and a place to eat and prepare meals in a fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable, wide bed with fragrant linens is definitely our next advantage. We're here!

House 9 on the river, Wartamündung National Park

120 km from Berlin in the Wartamündung National Park and the bird republic you will find this house. It stands on a large farm on which we also live. This unique place has a style all its own. The house is an open gallery house. There are no closed rooms except for the bathroom. The house is heated by a fireplace in the cold season. The glazed terrace catches the sun's rays from spring to fall and is often used.
