It has a SPA area and yard with cushioned furniture and lounge chairs, as well as a beautiful stone courtyard with BBQ. On the first floor, there is a dining room with a fireplace and a TV, a sofa bed, a professionally equipped kitchen connected to the veranda, equipped with a place to eat. Two bedrooms with amenities for the most discerning guests are located on the second floor.

Our apartment is positioned in the breath taking landscapes of the Rhodope Mountains. Discover the mountains like never before with the delightful walks and accompanying far reaching views over the lakes and surrounding evergreen forests. We are 17 minutes drive from gondola lift Stoykite - Snezhanka Peak . After 9 minutes trip, you will reach the very top (1925 m) of the international ski resort Pamporovo. Ski and snowboard enthusiasts can enjoy 14 ski trails with a total length of 20 km.

Its a modern renovated apartment, fully equipped, with brand new furniture as well as kitchen appliances, waiting for kind guests. Also, It has a small back yard where you can relax and enjoy your coffee and maybe a cigarette among the plants. The neighbourhood is very quite and it literally 5 minute walk to center. You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment.

Fatovo ist ein ruhiges Dorf mitten in den Rhodopen mit einmaligem Blick über die Berge. Die Unterkunft mit separatem Eingang besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Bad. Kochmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Die Lage nach Südwesten sorgt bei den zahlreichen Sonnenstunden im Jahr für Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit gibt es WLAN und die Nähe zu Smolyan (15 min mit dem Auto) sorgt für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Lovely place, stunning view; quiet & peaceful. Kitchen is equipped very well. We were gifted fresh eggs and vegetables from our host and random neighbors :) Our 4 year old loved the animals on site, especially baby duck Eddy. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for a super comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Devin, Bulgaria - Devin Coworking & Coliving is the one. The place is calm and cozy, both close to nature surroundings and Devin center. The space itself is clean, modern, and really well set up. Small and pleasant apartment. Very well-equipped kitchen, there is parking in front of the entrance, there was a little problem with the drainage of the shower and I hope they fixed it.

From the start, Joseph was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. The villa is a hidden gem, nestled in a peaceful area yet close to the ski lifts. We were looking for a cozy retreat in the snow, and this place was perfect! The fully functional fireplace made our evenings extra special. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning mountain views. Joseph provided great recommendations, from local markets to ski spots, and even helped us find accommodation for our friends. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. We loved every moment here and can’t wait to return—perhaps in summer to enjoy the different charm of this place. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and cozy escape in Pamporovo!
