Mirjana and her daughter welcomed us warmly and we could feel comfortable right from the beginning. Every wish was fulfilled and the communication went smoothly, especially from the location to places such as Pula, Rovinj, Porec and that within 20-30 minutes. We will be back 100% and it was breathtakingly beautiful, especially the villa and the pool that is still heated were just OMG! Better than on the pictures, we had an incredible holiday and we were also welcomed with delicious food and homemade bread in the villa that were ready for us. Just like Mirjana and her daughter have an incredibly delicious restaurant right 2-3 houses away, which has an incredible atmosphere and the food deserves every star. We thank you very much and can only advise to book this place!

We had a great stay at Lara’s house. House is nice and cozy and it is even better than in photos. We really like the location and surroundings. There was a lot of snow when we were there and there is a great spot for sledding in backyard. We had so much fun and I would recommend Lara’s house to everyone.

What a retreat and dreaming of coming back again! Waking up above the clouds and enjoying the epic views. The whirlpool was perfect for two and found the bed so comfortable. Thank you!

We vacationed with 7 friends in this great villa. It looks even nicer in person than in the photos. Very luxurious. The villa has a lot to offer (grill, table soccer, PlayStation…) and also everyday equipment such as spices/Zewa/cleaning supplies. Iva was always available to us and gave us good tips. During our stay, a friend proposed to his partner - for this, Iva organized flowers at the florist, which were even delivered to us. The area is also really beautiful and in 10-20 minutes all around you have various small villages and towns with restaurants, supermarkets and gas stations.

Gianna is a wonderful person. Communication with her is easy and pleasant, she is always available, very kind and helpful. The house has a great view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped. The pool allows ample private use – we were six adults and two kids, and from the square it was a perfect fit. Billiards and a small ping pong table are also available if you feel like playing. A small supermarket is at walking distance. Restaurants and shopping are about a 10-minute drive away. Śmrika is a nice, quiet little village. I can only recommend this accommodation! The only downside was the mattresses – they are very soft and easy to push in by hand. Also, there was no bedding cover so I had to buy new linens at Lidl. Otherwise, everything was very comfortable. Lea’s place is amazing and I felt right at home on my first day. She was very helpful, I stayed for a couple months and she made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is bigger than the photos and the terrace is amazing. It’s a beautiful home with great views. It’s safe and quiet and not far from the beach (about a 15-20 minute walk). There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store nearby. There’s also a bus stop right outside the front door which is helpful. I would move in if I could! 😊
