Well located for work or play in a quiet and friendly street. Separate private gated driveway. Sunny and warm spot near to amenities including: Four Square, Caltex, takeaways and pub. Only 10min drive to Gore and Edendale and 35min to Invercargill. 2hrs to QST. Very friendly, helpful and experienced Superhost who goes the extra mile. Note: Washing machine and dryer available in the main house or laundromat available in Gore. Large shower, plumbed in toilet and gas cooker plus fridge freezer.

Private entry and driveway with undercover parking. The decor is eclectic and there are two outdoor seating options. The garden is shared. Guest access by key lock.
