Perfect location for summer or winter, 350 metre walk to the beautiful Goolwa beach. Modern, airy and clean, with new beds, quilts, blankets and pillows supplied (MUST PROVIDE OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS). Includes lounges set up for comfort. Large rear deck and fully fenced back yard. We love to travel and have set up our beach house with all the things we think you need for a great break. Fur babies welcome, please remember their bed or blanket. ENJOY No WiFi,just board games, cards, relax and fun.

There is ample parking for 4+ cars. Both front/back yards are lawned for plenty of play space, and backyard is fenced. Outdoor settings on front balcony and back porch. WIFI provided - login details on the fridge.

Located right on Middleton Point with 180 degree views, this is the perfect location for surfing, whale watching and exploring the fabulous surrounding area on the South Coast. Recently and lovingly brought back to life, this cozy and comfy beachhouse has been in our family for over 30 years and we are looking forward to sharing it with our guests. We are offering a neat and tidy 2 bedroom granny flat situated on our property. This accommodation is best suited for both short and long term stays. Our new renovation at the front of accommodation is very private with beautiful views of the hills and wetlands. We are very close to beach which is only a short walking distance. We live here permanently and we are friendly and happy to help with any enquiries.
