Luxury family home for 10-14 people near the alpacas

Alpacadroom is a unique location on the edge of the village and the Speulderbos. Our cosy holiday home can accommodate 14 people. The old horse stalls with barn have been converted into a cosy, modern and luxurious guest house. The spacious living room features a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island. All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. Very suitable for a week(end) with family or friends. Overlooking our alpaca meadows.

It is a lovely detached cottage with air conditioning with all the comforts in a very rural setting in the spacious garden of our farm from 1703. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room, spacious kitchen with all appliances and on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A puppy nursery is located on the property. The entire property is located in Eemnes. Only 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam and Utrecht and the bus stops almost at the door.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Estate de Paltz, lies the Cottage on the Paltzerhoeve. The Cottage is an attractively decorated holiday home in rural style. Here you can enjoy the wooded environment and the idyllic, quiet atmosphere on the estate. The presence of the horses on the premises contributes to the rural atmosphere. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

In the twilight, you regularly spot deer, rabbits and sometimes a fox.
