Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Since July 2020 our guesthouse has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located on the grounds of our farm from 1804, located on 4.5 hectares of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel cot. It is completely independent. The stable has been renovated while retaining original materials, trendy interior and an amazing view over our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

The Leemgate is a cozy and cozy vacation home with beautiful views. The house (45 m2) has a private entrance and therefore a lot of privacy. Bicycles can be placed and possibly charged in the lockable garden house. The car can be parked next to the house. Outside you can sit with a view of the meadow. The Pieterpad runs 500m from the house. Vorden is an excellent place to bike and hike through the beautiful nature past culture and history.
