Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Goodyear

This is our fourth year staying at the Mojave House! It's our home away from home and Helen is always so gracious and the perfect host! We love the area and it is a quiet neighborhood and easy access to the highways. They are building new restaurants close by and a QT right down the street, it's a growing community! I highly recommend the Mojave House for your short term or long term stay as you will always feel right at home! The house is nicely decorated and clean!

Jerry's house is amazing and the backyard is incredible. He was attentive to our needs and quick to respond to my questions. There is a lot to do outside and a great pool table inside. The pool temperature was perfect for us. Spacious and very comfortable. Definitely would rent the house again if we come back to the area.

This house is in a great location close to many amenities. The house was exactly as described and it was nice having a fully stocked kitchen to make meals. The beds were so comfortable and my family felt right at home. The community pool made you feel like you were staying at a resort. The yard is nicely landscaped and I enjoyed having coffee out there every morning. The hosts have gone above and beyond thinking of little details to make your stay enjoyable. Included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, spices, coffee/tea and lots of dishwasher tabs so I barely had to hand wash dishes made the stay exceptional. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in the Phoenix area to book this place.

It is always nice to stay somewhere new that feels welcoming and allows you to relax. Vivian’s home made me think of the Tardis. Looks small from the outside but is very spacious on the inside. The hot water and water pressure are great. Beds are beds couches and seating are very comfortable. The pool is walking distance from the house if you Like to walk and the over all feel made our four hour drive to get there well worth the trip. Would have stayed an additional day if it had not been booked already. Next time I need to stay in Goodyear I will definitely be looking to stay at Vivian’s.

Eric was a great host and was always communicative for all questions. The house was beautiful! It was perfectly decorated and furnished. This was a great home for our family to stay and be incredibly comfortable. There are many toys for all-ages of kids and my girls were very happy about that! The pool was very clean and patio furniture was very comfortable (and new). The outdoor firepit was great for our family to sit outside and enjoy a lovely evening outside talking and connecting. I would very much like to book again! The home was perfectly located just doors away from our parent's home. Very convenient and one of our best vacations!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. We all had a wonderful time at Laura and Tony's home! When we walked in, we found the house to be spotless in every way. We really appreciated the cleanliness of this home. That is super important to us. We thoroughly enjoyed the many amenities. The pool was great, the putting green was enjoyed by our golfers, the pool table was a big hit and there was a great supply of games for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Every bed was used and everyone said they were very comfortable. Comfortable beds are not that easy to come by. So it really stood out to us that they were so comfortable. We felt right at home staying in this wonderful home. Laura was very communicative and pleasant to work with. We definitely recommend Laura and Tony's home! and hope we have the chance to stay there again! Thank you Laura and Tony!

Definitely one of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Beautifully furnished and decorated, great backyard, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Alan and America were very responsive and we appreciated the small touches, like labeled light switches, and detailed instruction manual. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, this is the place for you.

This is a very nice and clean apartment. Communication was quick and easy. There is a lot of road traffic noise but there is a sound machine for sleeping. Overall it was perfect for our visit. Loved having a garage for our car.

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

Calm area, lovely garden/backyard area, very different experience than other locations. Enjoyed it for what little time we had. Would return next year if given the opportunity. Thank you!!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream and our best travel experience, all thanks to Kiera, our incredible host. Arriving in Phoenix to welcome our twins via surrogacy, we were already overwhelmed, but Kiera immediately put us at ease. She greeted us with thoughtful baby gifts and a heartfelt card. Her instant replies to our simple questions made navigating the area effortless, a huge help when stress levels were at an all-time high. The place itself was immaculate – even my incredibly picky husband was impressed! It was far more spacious than the pictures suggested and fully stocked with everything imaginable. The building was quiet and safe, and we barely saw anyone else using the fantastic amenities like the pool and well-equipped gym. Plus, coffee shops and restaurants were a short, pleasant walk away, with cheap Uber rides to anywhere else we wanted to go. Kiera's genuine kindness and proactive efforts made a potentially stressful time incredibly special and truly unforgettable!!

An awesome experience!! The balcony view was gorgeous, the interior was cozy, and the atmosphere was excellent! 10/10 would stay here again :)

This was definitely one of the best places i’ve stayed in Arizona before! Great place to stay for long trips and met all of our needs perfectly!! Will definitely book again!!

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay at this property due to a car accident the night before our trip. I had to cancel last-minute and wasn’t able to get a refund because of the strict cancellation policy, so I highly recommend purchasing the refund insurance if you're booking here. That said, the price was very reasonable compared to other places we looked at nearby. While I can't speak to the property itself or the area, it’s located just 10 minutes from The Van Buren, which made it a top choice for our concert plans. I’d definitely consider booking again in the future. Long story short: the refund policy is firm, but that’s business.

This was such a treat staying at Ana’s place. She made us feel right at home. I can’t believe how kind and generous she was throughout the whole stay. It was gorgeous and so so clean. If we get a chance we will for sure book again. Loved everything about it. 100/10! ❤️❤️❤️
