If I am not in the city I have a co host available 24/7 The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with access to walking trails close by. Uber is the best transportation if needed. You can walk to target, world market, restaurants etc. We have gated pool. It is required children no child enters the pool area without supervision. If you are traveling with small children please inform us, we will allow you to stay but please keep this in mind and watch them accordingly. No children are allowed to access the backyard either without being supervised by an adult. Our pool is not heated but does get lots of sunlite

It is a 1 bedroom suite & includes a king bed and a foldable queen memory foam bed. Our place is equipped with all the essentials you need, including an iron, a washer & dryer, patio, & WiFi. This rental includes access to the Guest Suite only not the main home. You have your own private entrance on the side of the home & free street parking.
