I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were well-stocked, including coffee, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. The location was perfect—quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and attractions. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, offering local tips and making check-in a breeze. We had the most amazing stay! This home was absolutely perfect for our big family of 16. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and the layout made it easy for us to gather for meals, games, and quality time together. The house was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to extra linens and towels. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in a breeze and ensuring we felt right at home. The location was great too—peaceful and private, yet close enough to local attractions and stores. It’s hard to find places that can comfortably accommodate such a large group, but this property exceeded all our expectations. We made memories here that we’ll never forget, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely perfect — peaceful, beautiful, and very easy to get around, even for our elderly and handicapped family members. Our son had an amazing time fishing and caught a lot of fish right on the property! Everything was exactly what we hoped for and more. We’ll definitely be back!

We just wrapped up an incredible stay at this Guadalupe River home in McQueeny, TX, and it was perfect for our large group of 15! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully laid out — with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, no one ever felt crowded. The HUGE kitchen island was a gathering spot for meals and laughs, and the open-concept design made it easy to stay connected whether we were cooking, dining, or just hanging out in the living area. Although the river was lower than expected, we still enjoyed swimming and fishing off the boat dock. One suggestion would be improved accessibility for aging guests — a ladder or better stairs down to the water would have been helpful. That said, the property was absolutely ideal — a peaceful yard at the end of a quiet road, which made it feel private and safe. We had plenty of space for games, relaxing, and making memories. We’d absolutely recommend this home for large families or groups looking for a fun, laid-back river getaway!

We booked a weekend for a relaxing girls getaway. This place was perfect to allow the late sleepers to be away from the kitchen and main living area. The pool was refreshing and the views were great. There was great places at the property to be all together comfortably or seperate in comfortable settings. We would love to book again in the future.

Kevin was absolutely amazing. He was quick to respond whenever I had any questions. The place was beautiful, spacious and clean. It was very accommodating for those with big families. Would definitely recommend to others :)

It was a wonderful stay with lots of well thought out accommodations and amenities. Lots of space to spread out for our family of four plus our dogs to be comfortable and have down time from all the activities around town. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed it. Phillip was a gracious, proactive host always checking to make sure everything was good before, during and after our stay.

We loved our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. James was a responsive and helpful host. We experienced a minor kitchen drain issue, but with it being a holiday weekend, he stayed in touch and we found an easy workaround—it didn’t impact our plans at all. We spent a relaxing weekend lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful space. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful visit with our kids at Nancy’s home. It was perfect for entertaining the kiddos with pool and ping pong. And was so relaxing watching the deer and birds off the back patio. Nancy was super responsive to our questions and genuinely caring of our needs and wants. Highly recommend this hosted home!

My daughter’s and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds and furniture. We really appreciated the fully stocked cookware in the kitchen.

Our family was in Smithville for the wedding of my granddaughter. Everything about the accommodations was amazing. Brooke was super helpful and quick to respond to my questions. We had a wonderful time at Martin’s house! From the moment I messaged him about staying, he was responsive and helpful! We wanted a house that slept 30 people, allowed dogs, allowed us to hold our small elopement, and had activities for our family to enjoy throughout the weekend. This house met the criteria and more! It had plenty of space, many activities, baby and dog materials, the best pool and hot tub, and a beautiful view, which was amazing for our wedding photos. Our entire family raved about the house! It was a weekend we’ll never forget! We would love to come back for another family weekend or an anniversary celebration! Thank you so much for hosting us!

My friends and I booked this house for our best friend’s bachelorette trip. Throughout the entire process, Lucas & Nickol were extremely responsive with us, answering any questions we had. We truly had the best weekend to celebrate our bride to be. The house was perfect with a gorgeous back yard, many places to sleep and in a perfect location to get downtown quickly. If you’re staying in Austin I would very highly recommend staying here!

Great for hosting a large group!

The home and pool, cabins, hot tub are great, well appointed and peaceful. The only drawback was the wasps which have nested under the pool deck. The game room was a comfortable and well equipped area, our group loved all the thought put into decorating and appointing the home!!!!

Again we had a pleased stay. This was the second time we stayed an Ashley’s and Burnetts House. It is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing and recharging vacation. Everything you need is there, house is clean, lot of space but the highlight is the patio and pool area. The only fly in the ointment is, that there is no shade at the pool area. Burnett and Ashley are always reachable. They made the whole stay as easy as possible. Thanks again, will be back some day
