Condo holiday rentals in Gongju-si

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. Immaculately clean, superbly stocked with supplies and linens, and a well stocked kitchen with modern appliances. While cozy the space was well laid out, comfortable and perfect for us. It was much more than we expected for the price. The only downside is the beds were a little too firm for us but the extra sleeping pads took care of that. Mike was helpful and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely book with him again in the future.

I was looking for a place to stay the day before with my friends and family to participate in the Buan Beach Marathon. Very spacious house for 5 adults and 3 kids and clean The host is also kind to respond.

It was a great place to stay for a trip to Boryeong. It was in the city, so the surrounding location was good.

The best thing about this place is its location - well-placed for all the sites - Hanok village, cathedral, shrine etc - but despite being in a great location it is also very peaceful and we were there during a very busy and sunny weekend. We struggled a bit as a result of Airbnb's dodgy translation tool but also as Kevin gave some wrong information (for the passcode for the apartment door as well as the Wifi network - it's not the one on the profile!). Other than that Kevin always responded quickly and all in all this was a very enjoyable stay and I recommend the apartment.

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

Great/clean place. Close to base…5-8 minute walk to main Gate/SED. Hosting super responsive . If you rent a vehicle paring is easily available. Restaurants/grocery stores/ convenience stores all within walking distance. Thanks again. See you next time.

Even though it was cheap, the room was pretty and tidy. I was satisfied and used it!

I was scrambling to find a place at the last minute and found this gem. The price was great and it’s just a 10 minute walk to the front gate at Osan. Check in was easy, the place was comfortable, and mostly quiet. The area looked a little sketchy immediately out front, but everything was completely fine and I felt safe. I would absolutely recommend for a long visit to Osan.

The room was really clean. It was a room where you could see that the host paid attention to details. The location is also centrally located, so the accessibility was very good when walking and using a car. If you are planning a trip to Chungju, I think it will be a good alternative, so I recommend it-!

Is this really in the insta-gamseong?! I wanted to!!!! Pretty lights, curtains, and the view behind it!!!! I'm very satisfied.; ( There is a market within a 5-minute walk, so it's fun to see! There is also a lot of parking!! The restaurants you mentioned are also the best!! If I visit Chungju again, I will definitely visit again!!!

Clean and peaceful accommodation ^ ^

I spent 2 nights and 3 days with my athletic children, and it was clean and they responded quickly when I contacted them, so we stayed really well. I worked hard to go back and forth to the 5th floor without the 4th floor because I didn't have an Elbe, and it was a little uncomfortable because the puppy barked on the third floor, but if you deliver it, it's good to know that the puppy will bark. One regret is that the bell doesn't work... I also removed the garbage as cleanly as possible ~ Thank you.

There is no other grocery store other than Traders nearby, so if you need to buy simple ingredients, I think you should buy them on your way!! E-Mart is secretly a street, so it was difficult to carry groceries...

I've been playing so comfortably. It was nice that the scenery was nice and the soundproofing was so good. The owner was kind, kindly recommended the barbecue place, and gave me a lot of charcoal, so I grilled meat for a long time and had fun. I want to revisit 10000000%!

James is a great host and knows how to make a guest feel at home! Felt super welcome from the moment I booked the accommodation - place was great, walking distance to local shops, train stations and parks. James went above and beyond in his communication, going out his way to show me around despite being late in the evening and providing all the amenities one can need. It was a very neat accommodation, the same as the photos! It was nice to be able to communicate quickly with the host, and it's a good value accommodation with no major inconvenience when staying for a day! I think I'll choose it next time I travel to Daejeon!
