Хорошая квартира (соответствует описанию), супер-хозяйка! Отличное расположение, до моря 3 шага. Из минусов: музыка из соседнего ресторана до 12 ночи, но если закрыть окна, то всё ок; напор воды в душе вечером слабоват.

Очень хорошее жилье, до пляжа 30 секунд, хороший балкон, сантехника, мебель - все отлично. Есть много разных мелочей для комфорта. Расположение отличное, и не центре, где суматоха, но и не очень от него далеко. Когда будущем ехать в Кобулети, буду стараться снова попасть сюда.

Отличный дом со всем необходимым. Все было прекрасно.

Жилье очень близко к морю. Удобный, современный, красивый дом. Останавливались 3 пары (у каждого был своя спальня) + мы были с собакой (корги). На территории был свой бассейн! Очень удобно и классно.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Sopio und ihren Eltern. Wir wurden mit Kaffee begrüßt und haben (sehr!) leckere Zitronen geschenkt bekommen ! :-) Die Aussicht war sehr schön, das Appartement stilvoll und die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Darüber hinaus hat Sopio sehr schnell geantwortet und war immer hilfsbereit.

George was very friendly and responsive to all our needs and questions. The house is just steps always from the shore. We really liked its quite location between trees and an opportunity to wake up listening the see waives. The house is well equipped and clean. The beach with magnetic sand is a really an attraction. George proactively provided us all local contacts including a caregiver, cleaning and other services.

My stay in this beautiful house was outstanding. The property overlooks a perfect panorama, and every evening we enjoyed spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. Inside, the three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped—far above typical Airbnb standards—so cooking felt effortless. Best of all, our host was a delight: warm, communicative, and incredibly flexible. She even accommodated a late check‑out and answered every question with genuine enthusiasm. I would happily return to this home and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a memorable, worry‑free stay.

Das kleine Häuschen war ordentlich und sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Garten war sehr schön und man konnte sich dort gut aufhalten. Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz. Die Kommunikation lief über eine Nachbarstochter. Die Besitzer haben wir nie gesehen. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Es gehört ein kleiner, lieber Hund zum Grundstück. Nachts hört man manchmal Musik von anderen Gästen der Umgebung und lautes Hundegebell. Wir haben den Aufenthalt geliebt und würden wieder kommen. Perfekt um am Meer zu entspannen,
