Très bien situé, sécurisé et pas loin des sites touristiques et lieux à visiter : - 8 à 10 min des belles plages d'Agadir - 10 min du Grand Souk El Had - 2.7 km du centre ville L'appart est très proche du Palais (5 min à pied) - Marjane (grand centre commercial) et Agadir-Bay sont à 2 km. Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.
