Holiday rentals with beach access in Goleta

Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

The inside was newly remodeled; nice and clean. It’s a .5 mile walk to East Beach.

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

Great spot! Really cozy and well appointed for its size. Cute back yard. Hosts are really communicative. Summerland is sleepy but that's what we like about it. Would definitely come back.

We loved staying here!!! It was like a pristinely maintained apartment from the early 1960s…just magical. And the location can’t be beat! Steps from the beach, the Funk Zone, and State Street shopping. It was immaculately clean, and the responsiveness was lightning fast when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Cathy’s place is a gem! Beautiful and in a peaceful location. We were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara.

Austin had great communication from the start and really easy check-in and check-out process. The space was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. It was perfect for the 4 of us cozy space to regroup after our conference everyday - to eat around a table and chill out at night. We'd definitely stay there again!

Such a relaxing, peaceful and beautiful place to stay. We had a lovely breakfast on the patio followed with enjoying the swings, zip line and hammocks out on the grassy area.

My wife and I had a great time at Diana's place. Summerland is wonderful, and her neighborhood is quaint, private, and safe. Diana offered great suggestions on where to eat, and where to get the best coffee...The Point! We started calling her place "home", and we didn't want to leave. We'll be back...thank you Diana for a great stay!

This was our second stay at this beautiful house! It is perfect for our family with two young daughters. The house is clean, comfortable, and has a well stocked kitchen. It’s in a great location to explore Montecito , Santa Barbara, or Carpinteria. We will definitely stay here again soon!

Place is super cozy and tastefully decorated. Free of clutter and felt right at home. Natty provided welcome drinks in the fridge and chocolates. Would definitely recommend staying here. Very peaceful and quiet. We especially loved the very serene outdoor space. Super easy to get to and very close to Montecito downtown. Enjoyed our stay very much. A big thank you to Natty for being a such gracious host.

good spot in great location. really nice backyard in a quiet neighborhood. walking distance to chase park and quick drive to everything else. if you have a little one that uses high chair place does not have one, and kitchen table isn't good for table chair set up, although outdoor table works well with it. everything else is great and would def stay there again.

Amazing spot!! The outside space was perfect. A new plaza has opened across the street and brought the most lovely energy to the street. Such a walkable area. Amber and her team truly thought of everything when putting this Airbnb together. We felt very taken care of and loved this charming spot!

We had a lovely one night stay here. The studio is very compact but equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed walking around the garden, and Harvey was kind enough to let us see the main rooms in the Victorian house which were very interesting.

perfect location in Montecito! Very short walk to both the village and butterfly beach. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the backyard is so serene! The 101 is not at all too loud- it’s like gentle ambient noise- our newborn baby slept very comfortably and easily here! 😁 our family would absolutely return again! thanks Sara for sharing your beautiful space!

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

Comfortable place in a great location. It is in a nice neighborhood a few blocks from the beach, but also only about a 30 minute walk to the far end of the downtown area. I was able to walk to so many activities. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of extras (like herbs, condiments, foil, plastic baggies, or that sort of thing), but has basic utensils and equipment. It was pretty quiet for the most part and it was fairly easy to find parking as long as I followed the few restrictions. One of the nicest perks was being able to hear the southing fountain outside (because the windows were open). It was a nice sound to sleep with. Instructions were clear for the most part, but I needed a little clarification on the lock box. It was nice to have a contact person on site that could quickly talk me through it over the phone.
