Goldfield House: the FamousTex Rickard House.

The Tex Rickard House is the perfect choice for your stay in Goldfield! This house was built in 1907 for Tex himself. He was the promoter for the world famous boxing match between Joe Ganns and "Battling" Nelson that lasted 42 rounds. it is the most charming house in Golfdfield and was built to a higher standard then any other house left standing after the fire of 1923. It has been beautifully restored by the owners and is quite comfortable with all the amenities you will need.

Willow Tree Cabin offers a complete private cabin experience- queen sized log frame bed, private kitchenette, private entrance and front porch, and a full sized private bathroom with a large walk in shower. The Cabin has immediate access to our pool (open all year but water is cold in the winter) and front door gorgeous vista of the Butte Mesa ridge line. We do have a large out door Jacuzzi on the property.
