This was a wonderful place to stay. Very well presented, well equipped with everything you might need, plus lots of little extras that makes your visit so special. Comfortable beds (which for me is a key feature) and great amenities. Great host and very responsive. Definitely would stay again!

What a wonderful airbnb experience! My wife, 2yo daughter and myself stayed at Caroline and Audrey's place for 3 nights. I couldn't recommend it more highly! Especially for families with young children. Here are some of the highlights: - Responsive, proactive, thoughtful and super helpful host. The perfect Airbnb host! - The apartment was perfect. Clean, full amenities, great view, comfortable, homely. Lock up garage for the car, good security, lovely balcony overlooking the water to have nice meals. - The location was fantastic. Right on the beach, near great coffee (Aurenda), close to Bulcock street etc. We'll definitely be back! Thanks again :)

Ross's place is tastefully appointed, with high quality linen and superb views. Walking distance to all local restaurants and bars, it was the perfect spot for a short stay. Ross gave us some recommendations for local eateries and was always responsive. We'd love to stay again.

We had a fabulous stay in this apartment. Amazing communication & very clear instructions on how to access the keys & the property. The apartment was in a great location, one street behind all the shops & restaurants and the beautiful beach. The apartment was also spotless and had everything you need & more. We really enjoyed our recent stay at this beautiful, newly renovated apartment. Everything is so tastefully done and we really appreciated the family friendly touches like access to a few toys and a high chair. However the greatest thing about our stay was most definitely the incredible view with spacious balcony and the fact that we could walk 10-15mins into Caloundra (or go the other way towards Golden Beach beaches) to enjoy the cafes, shops and beach. It can be a bit warm in the dining area without any fans or aircon, but we mainly moved to the balcony to eat and enjoy the breezes.

Awesome location and fantastic views, brilliant host. The only thing I’ve not noticed in the description is that there is no lift (I probably missed it, but it’s handy to know in case you traveling with elderly like I was).

I’ve spend 3 nights in this unit with 6 of my girlfriends, we do this annually for the past 25 years. This unit is one of the very best places we ever stayed in. This Unit felt very homely, it has only 4 floors and was very quiet. It has 3 bathrooms plus extra toilet. All the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The big balcony / rooftop had an eating area with bbq and wine fridge, whilst the other side of the Balcony had a lovely sitting area. Unfortunately the weather was not great for us to use the outside at all. The kings beach tavern, plus cafes are only 700 meters walk away, it had great meals and wonderful live music. We would love to stay in this unit again, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Fantastic place. Thank you

This unit is amazing. The views in every direction are stunning, the standard of appointments and facilities are excellent. There's a great cafe a minute's walk away and great shopping 3 minutes away. Couldn't fault anything, will definitely be back.

Our stay at Pelican waters was just what we needed, from inside to outside As we wanted to enjoy each other's company and not go out there was enough for us to do together with in the house from enjoying the spa and pool and able to use the kayaks. The Kitchen was a dream we had few cooks in there and all able to sit around the island bench at the same time with a little light under it... The games provided where also a hit with us especially the free standing connect 4 We had amazing stay and we would recommend you to stay here Big Thank You Mandy and Steph

Amazing!! Lovely warm welcome and communication throughout. House was neat as a pin! Well thought out furnishings suitable for pet friendly accommodation. Property was very spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location was so convenient, located directly across from the water. We loved our all too short time in this quiet and beautiful space. We were comfortable and relaxed. Everything we needed was provided, and when something went wrong, Letitia and Michael were super quick to respond and get it sorted. Who could ask for more?

We had a wonderful time at Beach Haven. 70's charm with beautiful view of the ocean and short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the snuggly blankets, selection of children's books, and the playground that was right outside.

The property was perfect and our team who stayed for a business trip were very happy with the property and Ruby was very accommodating and helpful with quick responses. Would highly recommend.

Emily's place was quite idyllic, plenty of space & facilities for 3 families. The weather was wild but we still managed to take advantage of the pool & the beach. We would seriously consider another stay in the future Thank you for a great stay Marg

Great location in Kings Beach, short 3 min stroll to main beach and cafes. Unit is very well appointed with modern appliances which would make a longer stay very convenient, particularly the large fridge freezer. Bedrooms are nice with ceiling fans for cooling. Host is very responsive and and accommodating when possible eg early late check in. Parking on site is a little tight but we were able to park close by in public parks. Parking might be an issue if you are coming and going many times a day in peak periods. There are a few flights of stairs to negotiate up to the living area and then again for the bedrooms. Overall we felt is was excellent value and location for such short notice at this time of the year. Thank-you Maryloo.

It was our first vacation in Australia and we could not be happier with our choice! The apartment has everything we need, it is peaceful and cozy ( missing the sofa 😂 when you test you will understand what I am saying! ) the location is fantastic. Dorelle was always helpful and gave us lots of information to make our time there easy and enjoyable. We hope to be back to Dorelle’s beach house soon! ☀️ 🌸

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot, the apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious, the balcony had the most beautiful view and the bbq was a bonus! Very clean and tidy on arrival and grateful for the fans and aircon. Awesome location too, so close to the beach.

Awesome apartment to relax enjoy the beach , surf, tennis , ride our bikes. The apartment had everything you need and lots of extras, coffee, salt pepper, spices, sugar ect. Comfortable beds we all sleep so well. We ll be back and highly recommend this for anyone’s holiday. Great communication with the owner as well … 5 stars 🌟

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.

The Condo was perfect for our coast getaway, quiet location with the most amazing views. The only noises were the waves crashing onto the rocks. We had easy access to Kings Beach and the start of the boardwalk and enjoyed watching the many ships pass by. The driveway and access to the undercover carpark was quite daunting at first, however, we did get better at navigating the best angle to take on the steepness in our small car. We found the room to be exactly as described and as per the listing photos. Would definitely stay again.
