Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Gold Coast

Just need more lighting outside the backyard

Rented for our team for the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show. Great setup for us and we enjoyed our time. Nice park a short walk away was good for morning exercise.

The place was clean the ac was out standing there was plastic cups and plates n silverware provided!! I have nothing bad to say about the place at all I loved it and will be staying there again when I revisit Miami 😎

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

Entire home was beautiful, comfortable furniture, pool was nice, has to clean frequently due to leaves. Don’t book if you’re scared of bugs. We expected bugs because it’s near a lake but by the time we seen the bug it was already dead. Whatever spray was used it’s the BEST. Definitely would book again. Perfect for a girls trip.

The house was very clean and really nice! Bigger than it seemed in the pictures. Comfortably slept us 9. The host was very responsive! We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Super lovely house in a neighborhood close to amazing restaurants and great grocery stores. Also close to the beach and easy to reach from the airport. Owners were easy to reach, kind, and helpful. The space was as-described and we loved the pool access. Would come back!

This was a great spot and lot of different things to do around one thing I can say is some of the bars is very expensive …. Overall I loved everything about my stay … highly recommend

First i wanna say any bad reviews you see just know that they are lying because this place is stunning check in was very easy and simple and had a sweet gift of bottle of wine from the host and it was needed after traveling if you want the real miami vibes this is the place for you the area is downtown less then 25 min from the airport and the shuttle is close by even the bridge to go to south beach is close so it won’t take long but the building has amazing pools yes i said pools The cafe when you first pull in it’s great lil pick me up in the morning before going out and enjoying the town

Beautiful, clean, bright space - and the amenities such as the pool were awesome. Not a complaint just a couple of tips for future guests to know- bring earplugs for sleeping. We’ve never stayed in Brickell or Downtown Miami before and did not foresee the extremely loud sports cars and motorcycles that would run all night! Even on the 26th floor, I guess because the windows face Brickell Ave, the constant revving of engines made it difficult to sleep until we bought earplugs. The other thing to note is that while you feel like you’re in a hotel, it’s still an Airbnb so don’t expect cleaning service during your stay (unless you pay extra); they also can’t hold your luggage after you check out. Our flight was late in the day so we left our luggage with a dry-cleaning place a block away for about $30.

We enjoyed our stay; we’ll definitely book again and recommend to friends.

The air bnb was absolutely beautiful! It looked just like the pictures! I’ve stayed in the design district, Hollywood, and on Collins ave before and brickell area is where it’s located and ir definitely takes the cake. You really get the authentic Miami vibe! I loved it and the views WERE so serene. The amenities that you get with the air bnb are a plus too. The only thing I disliked was that there wasn’t a broom. I broke a glass cup and I really had no way to ensure there wasn’t any spec of glass left. Although I improvised the situation, it would have been way easier if I had a broom. Iverallll the best stay!

Thank you Rod and Vanessa! We have been on a lot of family trips using AirBnB and this was hands down the best one. Every single thing about the property was great. I can’t find a single complaint about the stay. The condo was pristine, Rod and Vanessa were super responsive, and overall the location was perfect. Tons of things to do, the amenities were great, and the condo is in a great area. Rod even stopped by and dropped off donuts one of the days which was an awesome touch. Would 10/10 recommend staying here and will be back again.

The building itself is top-tier: the pool was stunning and never too crowded, the gym was modern and well-equipped, and having a great restaurant on-site made everything super convenient. Every little detail exceeded our expectations, and this place truly made our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and total relaxation.
