It has a fully equipped kitchen to create your own meals or you have the option of heading out to Gallery Walk and choosing from a range of cafes or restaurants just a short stroll Rest a While Chalet is located at the back of Gallery Cafe, take the driveway to the right of the cafe and follow directions down to the rear of the property Access includes the Chalet and the lockup garage (remote control is located in chalet ) This is your private weekend and unless you need us we will not disturb you On check in you will be given a phone number to call should you require any assistance There is a booklet in the chalet with information including local emergency phone numbers and a range of brochures for you to help plan your time spent on the mountain From this chalet nestled in a peaceful rainforest garden, just steps away are the wineries, boutique craft shops, cafes, and restaurants of Mount Tamborine's famous Gallery Walk. Theme parks and the hub of the Gold Coast are only half an hour by car. There is limited public transport on Tamborine Mountain so you will require a vehicle to travel to different locations around the mountain but the chalet is located right in the Hub of shops/cafes/restaurants so there is plenty to see and do all within a very short walking distance If you require a taxi at anytime is is best to pre-book as there is only 1 taxi on the mountain Please note that cereals,a range of bread, bottled water, tea/coffee and milk will be provided for your stay

On the second floor we have large balconies, a large kitchen and dining area lounge and two bedrooms. Quality furniture by international Pacific Green, marble bathrooms and quality appliances. Best of all is the quiet and peacefulness of being at the lakes edge. In the evening watch the sunsets and listen to the laughter of the Kookaburras. Swimming Pool, Bicycles, kayaks all included The manager lives on the property and will assist you with information and assist to make your stay perfect. The home is part of a small coastal village of Cabarita Beach. The town is part of the southern Gold Coast - a natural paradise. There are a number of great shops and restaurants nearby. Once here better to just stay and relax and enjoy. Should you wish to move around we have bicycles. We can organise car hire, buses, taxis etc all is available here Not only do we have a magnificent Lake we are also 800 metres within one of the best surfing beaches in New South Wales. If surfing is not you thing swim or watch the Whales.
