This hanok was beautiful and so cozy to stay at even though it was only for two short nights. We were welcomed with jazz music playing from the speaker and everything was as expected! Would definitely stay here again! There were a lot of mosquitos so bring bug spray if you plan to spend time outside!

I spent three nights at Gumok's break this holiday. It is located in a secluded and quiet mountain, and there are no restaurants, marts, and convenience stores nearby. We recommend that you shop in advance or come after a meal. The parking lot is a little scary (?), but it wasn't a big problem. The mountain from the window was so pretty, and I loved the warm bedding. The kitchen and bathroom were also very clean, so there were no inconveniences or problems staying for 3 days. I was very satisfied with the trip for 8 people and two families. I liked the slightly rural atmosphere. First of all, there was plenty of bedding, and the living room and yard were spacious, so 8 people were relaxed without feeling cramped. The place to barbecue and hang out in the yard was under a large maple tree, and we especially saw a lot of trees that we could barbecue outside even when it was raining. I was worried because there were a lot of reviews related to cleanliness before going to the accommodation, but it wasn't that they didn't manage it at all, but that there was a separate person who managed it. The floor was clean, and I liked it because it felt like a countryside villa. The host kindly guided me with my inquiries, and if there were any inconveniences, the manager came to see me and handled it well. Lastly, karaoke and game machines were a hit. Even though the karaoke wasn't the latest, it was updated to the latest songs, and thanks to the game machine, everyone from elementary school students to adults was serious. Anyway, I had a good time. If I have a chance, I'll go again to grill meat under the maple tree.

It was satisfactory. My family lives in the Yeongnam area, but there is no zoo nearby, so we came to Gwangju. The good things. 1. I liked the distance from Uchi Park Zoo, which is about 20 minutes away. 2. I usually live in an apartment, but I wanted to stay in a single-family home under the pretext of traveling. People who buy apartments have that kind of romance, you know, barbecuing and letting the kids run around. I was quite satisfied with that. Quiet neighborhood, front yard, backyard, and barbecue. 3. The indoor smoking ban was also good. There was no smell of cigarettes nearby, and it seemed like a pretty quiet neighborhood. Things to keep in mind 1. There is 1 ondol room and 1 bed room, but you should know that a family of 4 cannot sleep in the ondol room. There were two toppers, so the kids slept well.
