This apartment offers a lot of privacy with its own sheltered garden and entrance. Downstairs is a cozy living room with open kitchen and the French doors provide plenty of light and space. In addition to the underfloor heating, there is a cozy wood stove. Via an open staircase, you enter the sleeping area, which has 1 spacious double bed and 2 separate single beds, partially shielded by walls. For bringing your dog, we charge 15 euros in cash upon arrival. All rooms are finished with stylish natural materials. The entire concrete floor has underfloor heating. The cozy living room has a sofa, wood stove and TV with Netflix (no TV connection). The kitchen is partly separated by the tree trunk kitchen table and granite countertop. The kitchen offers the possibility to cook with retro Smeg appliances and is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi-microwave and kettle. The bathroom exudes a southern atmosphere with a floor of pebble stones and river stone washbasin. There is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner in the enclosed laundry room. There is a separate toilet room. The sleeping loft is divided into two sections, with the luxury double bed on one side of the wall and the two separate single beds on the other. The room with the wooden floor and beds feels immediately relaxing. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there is a cozy village center with shops. By bike, you can reach the beach within 10 minutes. The apartment is completely newly built and is cozy and very bright in atmosphere, you will quickly feel at home. You can cook for yourself, if you want. As soon as you step inside, you get a holiday feeling, as the decor is a relaxed beach style. The finish is very luxurious. Guests of the apartment may participate in the yoga classes of Yogastudio Ouddorp at half price. The studio is located next to the apartment. Guests have their own private garden, which is completely shielded by a fence. In the garden, there is a cozy seating area, relaxing chairs and a large picnic table. My friend and I are available by email, WhatsApp and phone. The picturesque Ouddorp is a small seaside resort with a cozy village center and a sandy beach of no less than 17 kilometers long. The nature is beautiful and the area is ideal for surfing, cycling and hiking. The city center is literally within walking distance. A delicious real bakery is around the corner. The supermarkets are also very close. Around the church, there are cozy shops and terraces. The beach is wide and wonderful, with a number of cool beach clubs. The bus stop is adjacent to the garden. Parking is free on the Stationsweg, right next to the apartment.

Huisje heeft 2 slaapkamers . 1 grote met een 2 persoons bed en een ruimte kast . Deze kamer word verwarmd door een infrarood paneel . 2 de slaapkamer bestaat uit 2 losse bedden Deze kamer kan worden verward met de kachel uit de huiskamer Alle slaapkamers kamers kunnen volledig donker gemaakt worden , en zijn voorzien van horren. Er mag 1 hond mee worden genomen . In overleg met de eigenaar. Dit was voorheen nooit zo maar dit jaar wil ik het proberen of het gaat . Op voorwaarde dat het huisje haar vrij word opgeleverd na de huur duur , word dit niet gedaan dan word er 65 euro in rekening gebracht voor het schoonmaken . Badkamer bestaat uit een douche en hiernaast een toilet , wastafel met spiegel en een wasmand . Handdoek verwarmer en gescheiden verlichting voor douche en wastafel , er ligt een Föhn onder de wastafel . Handdoeken zijn aanwezig voor elk verblijf . Toilet 2 , het kleinste kamertje van het huis Huiskamer met keuken 4 persoons zware houten tafel met 4 stoelen Zithoek met salon tafel Kachel op gas ( opstarten op stand 5 , indrukken en 5 sec vaste houden ) dan loslaten en wachten tot de kachel aanstaat ( 20 sec ) Hierna de kachel Maximaal op stand 3 zetten . Tv met Google Chrome kast voor te streamen vanaf je telefoon of laptop of overige . Xbox 360 met veel spellen en 2 controlers rechts onderin ( let op ! Deurtje open laten als je de xbox gebruikt !) Dvd speler met dvd’s boven in het kastje , DIV spellen in het kastje bij de salon tafel . Tv met zender pakket. En een volledig uitgeruste keuken . Buiten een ruime louche onder de overkapping Met eet tafel ( kussen liggen in de schuur ) Ligbedden( in de schuur ) Klein tafeltje voor bij de ligbedden . 2 fietsen met verstelbare zadelpen. Wasmachine ( alleen op kort of extra kort wassen ) .. anders doet die er een halve dag over . Wasmiddel ligt in de schuur. Aanvullen na veel gebruik graag . Courmet stel ligt in de schuur onderin de stelling . Hangmat voor tussen de 2 palen in de tuin . Hangmat staat in de grote slaapkamerkast . Tuinverlichting voor en achter ( witte afstandsbediening) Let op , niet aan de schakelaar onderaan zitten , hij staat op stand 1 en moet hierop blijven staan. Anders werkt hij niet meer.

Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

Mon Abri is a vacation home located next to the owner's house, in the outskirts of Schouwen-Duiveland. The cottage is furnished for stays of up to 4 people. Children and dogs are welcome. Space, tranquility and nature are characteristic of this accommodation, within walking distance of the Grevelingenmeer & 15 minutes by car to the beach & sea. Beach house De Lichtboei is located in Ouddorp (South Holland) within walking distance of the beach with all amenities. The beach house is located in the Prinsenhof park. Ouddorp is a real family seaside resort. The beaches (about 25 kilometers long) are clean, quiet, very wide and are awarded every year. Those who cannot sit quietly on the beach can indulge themselves in the immediate vicinity, where there are the kite and windsurfing spots par excellence.
