Beachfront holiday rental in Godwin Beach

The stay was great. We were walking distance to Kings Beach precinct. The flat was a great “beach” experience, definitely got the 80s vibe with a modern twist. Gorgeous ocean views. This is definitely one we will come back to.

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Anne & David's place. The house is beautiful, clean, homey and relaxing straight away. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils or gear you might need to cook up a storm. Lots of local food options also available, and we got some delivered a few times. Plenty of space for 2 small families or 1 large. It was great to walk out the back gate onto the pathway and onto the beach. A lovely beach to walk along with our kids and 2 little dogs, or to soak up the sun and views and build sandcastles. Afternoon shade is provided in some places by the dune trees. Anne was an excellent host with great communication and a genuine desire to create the best holiday space possible. The beach cart, beach toys and boogy boards were greatly appreciated and used by the kids. The outdoor and BBQ area next to the pool was very relaxing, quiet and beautiful with the garden plants and array of seating. Thanks Anne & David.

We had a lovely comfortable stay and enjoyed the central location. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow and the beds were very comfortable. The trolley in the carpark was a brilliant addition and we found this very useful.

This was such an amazing stay that had everything you need for a weekend away or an extended stay. Walkable everywhere and totally pooch friendly. Extremely clean and tidy with a lovely deck and garden and the most comfiest bed 😊 Would highly reccomend and we are already planning a return visit!

Great unit conveniently located to Mooloolaba beach, bars and cafes. Clean tidy and all facilities to make for a great holiday or business trip on the Sunshine Coast. Definitely recommend for a long or short stay.

Stayed for 5 nights for a girls time away. Apartment is very comfortable in every way. Good kitchen ( not that we cooked). Comfy beds with great bathrooms with everything you would need. Only downside is in the second bedroom the foyer light is on 24 hours and the window coverings don’t block the light sufficiently. Hard to get used to when you’re used to a dark room. But certainly not a deal breaker. Lovely decor and the position was fantastic. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful garden and pool and beach was literally 20 steps away. Through a beach path. Perfect for a young family. Parking is under building and is very tight and difficult to get in and out of if you have a large car. Otherwise I would recommend to anyone. And I would definitely stay again next time I visit.

What a great place to stay by the sea! Georgia's place is literally across the road from Scarborough beach! A great place for swimming and walking! Great park for the kids opposite too. Well stocked kitchen and appliances really help for longer stays! A quiet and comfy place to stay!

Adam is a fantastic host and his unit was located in a good spot, within walking distance of shops and beaches. A few hills but not too challenging. It is a well kept unit with all the amenities available. Adam was fantastic with his correspondence as well. Thank you Adam for sharing your loving home with my family.

Lisa's place was perfect for our getaway with kids. we're familiar with caloundra, and the location of her place is perfect - across the road from the playground and beach, can easily walk to the IGA, markets, shops, etc. it is always nice to not have to get into your car when you're on holiday. Lisa's place is well laid out, and spacious, and very well-equipped. it was clean and there was nothing we needed that it didn't have. lisa was very helpful and responsive to messages, leading up to our stay as well as while we were there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, and I would stay here again.

Dythea and Travis are amazing hosts and people. They made us feel at home straight away, instructions were clear, house was squeaky clean. Always available and happy to have a little chat or provide anything we needed. We also very much appreciated the food left for us for brekkie! Thank you to both of you!

We had a wonderful weekend away for 5 ladies staying here. Even on a rainy day there was lots of room inside for us to do jigsaws, play board games and eat the yummy food from nearby bakeries and cafes. it's a 15 minute walk into town which is perfect after we'd been eating too many croissants and canoli from Cafe Sicily up the road in the other direction. Beautiful views. Great communication with hostess Julie. Just make sure you take basic kitchen food like salt and pepper and oil, and cling wrap/alfoil if you like to cook. We didn't realise it wasn't provided but fortunately Woolies is a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

Clean and tidy house, good communication from Levent and easy access, worked well for 3 couples staying for a weekend away

This is easily the most beautiful Air BnB we have stayed in. From the moment of booking the communication was immediate and the instructions were literally down to every detail. The home was amazing everything was spotless and set out well. I’m a tradie and I renovate houses for a living and even I was impressed. Highly recommend we will return again that’s for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just spent wonderful 10 days at Helen’s place. Apartment is comfortable, clean and close to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen, has literally everything you might need. Helen responded to us very quickly every time we needed help. Building very well maintained and although there’s some construction close by, we couldn’t hear any noise from her apartment!! One of the best AirBNB’s we stayed so far.

Charming unit in a great location. Took many walks along the esplanade to the coffee shop. The unit is tucked away behind the main house, so there is no bothersome noise. Aaron and Jenni are great hosts asking if we need anything when passing in the driveway, but otherwise being respectful of our privacy. We had a great time there and think you will, too!

Thoroughly enjoyed our easter break here with our 2 young boys! Modern and very clean, beautiful walk to get coffee every morning and ample grass for the kids to play on and right on the beach. We cannot wait to go back and stay for longer!
