The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

Come hang out on the large patio where you can see and hear the ocean and or hang out underneath and enjoy the fire pit, outdoor games, an outdoor shower, grill, kayak and paddle board. Plenty of activities to keep you entertained on your next beach vacation! Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome for a $50 pet fee.

Relaxing, fun and comfortable condo located on the east end of the island. Drive out of the driveway and right down the road onto Crystal Beach. Awesome view from front porch. FENCED yard with great outdoor sitting area and private outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. Comfortable family room area to sit and visit or watch TV . The three bedrooms and two baths are perfect for a family weekend or week long stay.

GVR02757 2 Bed 1 Bath apt. above the garage behind our house in the East End Historic District. The apt is completely separate from our house and is not occupied below. It has one bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and a few snacks and just about everything you need for cooking meals. Just blocks from Historic Downtown Strand area, UTMB, restaurants and one mile from the Beach.
