Beautiful house with a large well-maintained garden located in a closed housing estate in the municipality of Zielonki 5km from the border of Krakow (20 minutes by car to the center). A house surrounded by greenery, and low-rise single-family buildings, parking for 2 cars on the property. Great for families (in the garden: playground, July-August pool). A great place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city after a day of sightseeing in Krakow, attractive all year round. Fiber-optic internet plus a backup 4G line.

The house is located on the border of the city of Krakow. At a distance of 6 km (by bike, 26 min) to the downtown. Nearby is the Witkowice Forest Park, with a protection zone for amphibians. Location possible easy access to the center of Krakow but also relaxation away from the crowded center. Distance to new tram line 850m - 10min. The house is situated on a fenced plot where it is possible to park several cars. Building has 2 separate residential parts and terraces around it.
