A few minutes' walk is the New Town Hall, a beautiful park and a walk along the river will get you to the center in 10 minutes. From this cozy little apartment you have the city within reach, as well as the highway or zoo.

It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate sleeping area, and a bathroom with a toilet. There is a 40-inch TV, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, as well as a refrigerator, an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a quick wifi connection. The apartment is located on the ground floor, 400 meters from the Market Square, parking is free of charge.
